A new feature has been implemented on the elicense.kz portal to notify users about the expiration of their permits and licenses. The system now automatically sends SMS notifications to users 30 days prior to the expiration of their documents. This allows users to prepare in advance and avoid potential delays in their activities.Previously, users had to monitor the expiration dates of their permits and licenses on their own. The new notification service improves the efficiency of using public e-services, allowing users to take action to renew their documents in advance without delays or interruptions to their activities.The automatic SMS notifications are available only for services involving permits and licenses that have a defined expiration date. Messages are sent from the short number 1414 via the e-Government SMS Gateway.Example message: “Dear user, your permit/license No. (unique ID number) will expire in 30 days. Check your personal account for more details.”NOTE! Please note: SMS messages are official notifications from the elicense.kz portal.Please note that messages are sent to the phone number the user provided when submitting their application. The phone number is first verified using the data validation service with the Mobile Citizens Database (MCD). This allows users to keep their permits and licenses up to date on the elicense.kz portal.Besides SMS notifications, the portal offers public services that provide for the re-issuance of permit documents in a proactive format. The process is carried out automatically, without the involvement of government agencies and without any additional actions required from the user. Proactive re-issuance is applied in cases where key information about the license holder changes, such as a change of full name or the organization’s name. Immediately after landing, another unexpected meeting awaited Alexander — with his mother. Natalia Miroshina confessed that on that day not only her son’s dream came true, but her own as well — to see her child. A true gift that many families dream of during the New Year.Another soldier — serviceman of military unit 5571 in the city of Almaty, Raiymbek Bakytbek — dreamed of seeing how chocolate products are made. During his working trip to Shymkent, First Deputy Akim of Mangystau Oblast, Askhat Oralov, met with Mangystau students studying at the Uzbekali Zhanibekov South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University and their parents. In Shymkent, a new 110/35/10 kV, 40 MVA "Akzhar" electrical substation was opened in the "Kursai" residential complex. City Mayor Gabit Syzdykbekov attended the event. It should be noted that the substation equipment has successfully passed all technical inspections and tests. Load transfer is scheduled for early 2026, following the completion of the installation of the third autotransformer at the 220/110/6 kV Kazygur substation, which will ensure the full connection of Akzhar to the city's power grid. In Kostanay region, work on the development of road infrastructure has significantly intensified in recent years.In 2025, the budget of the road industry is 103 billion tenge. This is 2.6 times more than in 2022. Thus, in 2022, 39.7 billion tenge was allocated for this area, in 2023 — 59.7 billion tenge, and in 2024 — 73.8 billion tenge.The increase in funding has made it possible to comprehensively modernize the region's road network. In 2025 alone, 1,300 kilometers of highways were repaired. This is 4.6 times more than in 2022, when only 280 kilometers were restored.
