Buiratau National Park - 15 years 11.03.2026
Buiratau National Park is one of the key protected natural areas of Central Kazakhstan, established to conserve the steppe and forest-steppe ecosystems of the Saryarka region. The park was created in 2011 on the border of the Akmola and Karaganda regions.Its landscapes include the ancient Ereymentau mountains, granite outcrops, vast steppes, and small forest ecosystems. In accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine", it is the responsibility of individuals and legal entities to ensure the identification of farm animals.The procedure for identifying farm animals is based on the Rules for Identifying Farm Animals, approved by Order No. 7-1/68 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 30, 2015.Young farm animals are identified no later than fourteen business days after the following age:-calves, lambs, kids, and camels – after seven days from the date of birth;-foals – from the age of four months;The procedure for identifying farm animals includes:1) assigning an individual number to farm animals in one of the ways specified in paragraph 8 of these Rules;2) inclusion of information in the database for identifying farm animals (hereinafter referred to as the database);3) issuance of a veterinary passport in the form specified in Appendix 2 to these Regulations.The assignment of an individual number is carried out depending on the type of farm animal, in one of the following ways: 1) tagging (for cattle, small ruminants, camels, pigs, and piglets that are not slaughtered before the age of nine months and are kept in agricultural enterprises, peasant and farm households, and are intended for industrial farming and fattening). The tags are not removed during the entire life of the farm animal. How to Calculate and Pay Vehicle Tax 11.03.2026
In accordance with Article 566 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, vehicle tax is calculated independently by the taxpayer.You can calculate the tax amount using:-    The "Vehicle Tax Calculator" electronic service on the official portal of the State Revenue Committee (kgd.gov.kz).-    The "e-Salyq Azamat" mobile application under the "Calculators" section.To perform the calculation, you must provide:-    The tax year (2025).-    The number of months of actual vehicle ownership.-    The vehicle type.-    The engine displacement (cc).The tax rate depends on the Monthly Calculation Index (MCI) and the vehicle's engine capacity. The calculation uses the MCI rate effective as of January 1st of the corresponding financial year. Предварительные итоги работы Проектного офиса внедрения Налогового кодекса рассмотрели на 8 заседании под председательством заместителя Премьер-министра – министра национальной экономики Серика Жумангарина.Всего на заседаниях Проектного офиса уже рассмотрено 60 вопросов, связанных с имплементацией норм Налогового кодекса. В частности, в сфере здравоохранения уже завершается работа по внесению в подзаконные акты изменений, касающиеся применения НДС при импорте лекарств и медицинских изделий и освобождения от НДС орфанных и социально значимых лекарств. 13 февраля этого года принят приказ Министерства здравоохранения об установлении предельных цен на лекарства и медизделия без учета НДС.Министерства промышленности и строительства, энергетики, финансов, Комитет по регулированию естественных монополий и Самрук-Казына прорабатывают изменения в правила закупок в части приобретения товаров, работ и услуг у налогоплательщиков, применяющих специальный налоговый режим на основе упрощенной декларации. Речь идет о механизмах, направленных на соблюдение налогового законодательства, производственных процессов и поддержание конкурентной среды без увеличения затрат со стороны квазигосударственных компаний. Единую основу для разработки соответствующих изменений, исходя из идеологии Налогового кодекса, формирует Министерство национальной экономики.Остальные вопросы, касающиеся администрирования «с чистого листа», смены налоговых режимов, финансового сектора, работы ИСНА и другие были решены в оперативном порядке.В перечень вопросов, требующих внесения изменений в Налоговый кодекс, вошли:Применение вычета по ИПН при изменении группы инвалидностиРазмер налогового вычета зависит от группы инвалидности (5000 или 882 МРП). При изменении группы в течение года возникает вопрос о размере применяемого вычета.Предлагается закрепить норму, согласно которой при изменении группы инвалидности в течение года применяется максимальный вычет – 5000 МРП, по принципу «поглощения» (ст.404 НК), и внести уточнение в редакцию нормы.Отмена требования по выписке ЭСФ по вознаграждениям по займамОбороты по вознаграждениям по кредитам, займам и микрокредитам освобождены от НДС (ст.474 НК). Однако из-за редакционных неточностей формулировки они не включены в перечень операций, по которым не требуется ЭСФ.Предлагается исключить требование по выписке ЭСФ по таким операциям и применить норму ретроспективно с 1 января 2026 года.Расширение перечня сведений, не относящихся к налоговой тайнеПредлагается исключить из налоговой тайны сведения:о суммах социальных платежей;о задолженности по социальным платежам;отдельные регистрационные данные налогоплательщика.Изменения направлены на цифровизацию администрирования и упрощение исполнения социальных обязательств. Требуется корректировка ст.45 НК.Подтверждение ввоза ГСМ для авиации при освобождении от НДСНК освобождает от НДС импорт ГСМ для воздушных перевозок (ст.479). Однако действующая формулировка может требовать подтверждение ввоза дипломатическими представительствами, что относится к другому подпункту статьи.Предлагается внести уточнение в норму, чтобы исключить возможные разночтения.Освобождение от акциза экспорта энергетических напитковВ настоящее время экспорт подакцизных товаров освобождается от акциза. Однако при давальческой переработке акциз возникает у переработчика при передаче готовой продукции владельцу сырья, даже если товар затем экспортируется.Предлагается освободить от акциза такую передачу продукции, если она предназначена для последующего экспорта. Kazakhstan Calls for Restoring Dialogue among Nuclear Powers at CTBTO Session in Vienna 11.03.2026
10 March 2026, Vienna - Kazakhstan delegation is participating in the 66th session of Working Group “B” of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), which is being held under the chairmanship of Erlan Batyrbekov, Director General of the National Nuclear Center of Kazakhstan.In his statement, the Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the International Organizations in Vienna, Mukhtar Tileuberdi, noted that the current challenges in the international security architecture require urgent collective responses and the restoration of mutual trust among states. In this regard, he reminded the participants of the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, announced at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, to resume high-level dialogue among nuclear-weapon states. The initiative aims to significantly reduce the risk of the use of nuclear weapons and strengthen the regimes of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). Kazakhstan also expressed its readiness to provide a platform for such negotiations.The Ambassador also emphasized that in 2026 Kazakhstan and the international community mark the 35th anniversary of the closure of the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, which coincides with the 30th anniversary of the signing of the CTBT.
