How to Properly Write a Complaint to a Store 18.12.2025
When purchasing goods from a store, it often happens that only after returning home do we discover that the product is defective. What should you do in such a situation? First of all, you need to write a complaint to the store, and it is very important to do it correctly.A complaint is written in free form, but it must include the following information:date of purchase;name of the product;serial number;brand (model);date the complaint is written;the buyer’s signature with full name.In the complaint, you should clearly describe the defect found in the product and state your demands — whether you want to exchange the item or receive a refund. After checking that everything is written correctly, prepare a second copy of the complaint. One copy should remain with you, and the other should be given to the store administrator or an authorized employee. Please note that your copy must contain the date of acceptance and the signature of the person who received the complaint. If the store refuses to accept your complaint, you may go to the nearest post office and send it by registered mail with an inventory of the enclosed documents to the store’s address. Be sure to keep the postal receipt and the inventory list — these documents will serve as proof that you submitted the complaint within the required time frame. If you have received a defective product or poor-quality service, do not remain silent. Stand up for your rights — the law is on your side.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kyzylorda-karmakshy/press/news/details/1127677?lang=kk

I express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your hard work, - said the Head of State. The President also emphasized the importance of using resources wisely and called on citizens to approach this issue responsibly. – Electricity, heat and water are essential goods for life. It is better to save them all and use them wisely. This is a common requirement for the entire economy. Wastefulness cannot be tolerated. It is not for nothing that our people say that “Thrift is the key to prosperity.” We must turn this sacred national habit into a completely new culture in society. Your tireless efforts are an unshakable guarantee of our country’s energy independence. In a fair, clean, and powerful Kazakhstan, working people like you deserve the highest respect, – said the President. In addition, the Head of State drew attention to the importance of the strategic decision to begin construction of a nuclear power plant. – The construction of the Balkhash nuclear power plant, followed by the second nuclear power plant, will undoubtedly increase the energy potential of Kazakhstan. This will contribute to the development of new directions in the field of nuclear energy. The appearance of a nuclear power plant on the energy map of Kazakhstan means that the country's economy has moved to a new and qualitative level. The large-scale changes taking place in the world will undoubtedly affect the energy sector. There is a fierce competition for energy sources in the world, and we need to be ready for this.
