The Department of Financial Monitoring in Kostanay region is conducting a pre-trial investigation into illegal microfinance activities.Since 2020, the suspect has been giving out loans with interest and property as collateral through mobile apps like OLX and Instagram, without having the required license.To make these loans look like regular agreements, the suspect would write much higher loan amounts in the contracts. This included pre-calculated interest rates of up to 100% per year.In total, the suspect loaned out over 100 million tenge.As a result of these illegal actions, the rights and interests of ordinary people were violated. Many of them, desperate for quick financial help, ended up trapped by extremely high interest rates and the risk of losing their property.To hide the source of the illegal income, the suspect involved a friend who worked as an accountant.Together, they created a money laundering scheme. They reported the illegal income in tax declarations as money earned from an auto repair business.To do this, the suspect registered as an individual entrepreneur and regularly issued fake receipts showing income from services. На установленном LED-экране демонстрировались видеоролики о книгах, которые произвели большое впечатление на зрителей.Во время торжественного открытия аким области Асхат Шахаров, известные писатели и поэты региона, а также общественные деятели выступили с речами, подчеркнув важность книги в жизни человека.«Сегодня в нашей стране отмечается Национальный день книги. Он был утвержден по инициативе Главы государства в рамках политики по развитию культуры чтения и на основе обращения, прозвучавшего на заседании третьего Национального курултая. В области ведется системная работа по модернизации библиотечного дела, развитию цифровых ресурсов, повышению интереса молодых читателей. На сегодняшний день общий книжный фонд областных библиотек составляет 3 506 381 экземпляр. В 2024 году услугами библиотек воспользовались 297 837 человек. Кроме того, в этом году книжный фонд пополнился 64 353 новыми изданиями. Мы продолжим работу по модернизации и цифровизации библиотек», – отметил Асхат Шахаров.Одной из интересных особенностей мероприятия стала фотосессия с «ожившими» литературными героями. Актеры театра им. Т. Ахтанова воплотили образы Мукагали Макатаева, Фаризы Онгарсыновой, Кадыра Мырза Али и Куандыка Шангытбаева, прочитав их стихи с особой проникновенностью. На мероприятии были представлены образы Пушкина и Лермонтова. Дети, подростки, молодежь и взрослые сфотографировались на память с образами выдающимися представителями литературы.Особое признание публики вызвал литературный мюзикл «Мукагали Макатаев - поэт чувств и откровений». Студенты Актюбинского высшего гуманитарного колледжа органично соединили на сцене проникновенные стихи и душевную музыку поэта, создав глубокую духовную атмосферу.Кроме того, театр кукол «Алақай», областная юношеская библиотека имени С. Жиенбаева, школьники Ahash Media Studio представили литературные композиции и поэтические постановки, раскрыв многообразие литературного наследия под общим названием «Актобе — земля поэзии».«Сегодняшнее мероприятие напомнило нам, что книга — это не просто страницы, а сама жизнь. Я пришла с внучкой. Ей всё было интересно — особенно выставки про роботов и сказки. Уверена, в ней проснулся интерес к чтению», — поделилась впечатлениями житель города Сара.Особое внимание посетителей привлекли три тематические выставки. В разделе «Наследие Абая» были представлены труды великого поэта и национальные литературные ценности. В «Интернет-кафе» – зона с современными технологиями и робототехникой, где дети могли познакомиться с новыми знаниями. Пространство «В стране сказок» стало литературно-познавательной площадкой для малышей.Глава региона внимательно осмотрел представленную выставку. Он послушал, как школьники читают стихи, посмотрел их выступления, пообщался с детьми о книгах. Нескольким маленьким актюбинцам он специально купил книги в местных книжных лавках и подарил их.Главная цель мероприятия — популяризация чтения, привлечение интереса молодежи и детей к литературе и продвижение национальных духовных ценностей.Организаторы мероприятия планируют проводить передвижную книжную выставку для горожан каждый субботний вечер с 18:00 до 20:00 на пяти площадках: в сквере на проспекте Абая, площадке у библиотеки им.
