At a solemn meeting dedicated to Republic Day, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev outlined the directions of the country's socio-economic development and highlighted significant achievements in recent years. According to the President, Kazakhstan is steadfastly implementing a diversification policy to radically modernize the national economy. In recent years, the total output has increased 2.5 times. – “This year, our granaries are full of grain, more than 20 million tons of wheat have been harvested,” the President said. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that social policy is also very important for the future of the country. – “Kazakhstan is a social state according to the Constitution. Therefore, we will definitely fulfill this responsible mission. Our social strategy must be effective and fair,” the Head of State said. Over the past five years, funding for education has tripled. Teachers' salaries have doubled, and their status in society has risen significantly. 1,200 new schools have been opened across the country, including modern educational institutions under the national project "Schools of the Future".
