These funds are planned for the purchase of 25 apartments with a total area of 1,258 square meters in the village of Karamendy. Kairgozha i K LLC is the project contractor. Work is currently underway to restore the former dormitory and convert it into residential housing. Renovated apartments will be provided to socially vulnerable citizens, improving their quality of life.Furthermore, in the fourth quarter of 2025, a residential building with a total area of 1,300 square meters is planned to be commissioned in the village of Karamendy at 1 Pobeda Street, thanks to the renovation of a former dormitory. The Ambassador emphasized that Kazakhstan, as a consistent advocate for peace and a world free of nuclear weapons, views any steps toward the renewal of nuclear testing as a serious threat to international stability and a potential trigger for a new arms race.In this context, the Kazakh Ambassador recalled the call made by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the 80th session of the UN General Assembly to promptly resume high-level dialogue among nuclear-weapon states.
