The Akim of Kostanay Region, Kumar Aksakalov, congratulated healthcare workers on their professional holiday. The head of state noted: "Healthcare is one of the key initiatives in the renewal of our country."This year, 133.2 billion tenge has been allocated to healthcare in the region, a 1.6-fold increase compared to 2022.Currently, 438 medical organizations operate in the region. They employ more than 13,000 specialists, including approximately 1,800 doctors. Starting from January 1, 2026, the new Tax Code has changed the procedure for transitioning to the Special Tax Regime based on a Simplified Declaration.If a taxpayer applied the Special Tax Regime based on a Simplified Declaration before January 1, 2026, and switched to the General Tax Regime from January 1, 2026, they are entitled to return to the Simplified Declaration regime by submitting a notification on the applicable tax regime.For taxpayers who applied the Simplified Declaration regime during 2026 and subsequently switched to the General Tax Regime, a return to the Simplified Declaration regime is permitted only if two conditions are met simultaneously.First, the General Tax Regime must be applied for at least one calendar year.Second, the aggregate annual income for the last calendar year during which the General Tax Regime was applied must not exceed the income threshold established for the application of the Special Tax Regime based on a Simplified Declaration. Today, Regional Akim Murat Ergeshbayev and Chairman of the Regional Maslikhat Murat Tleumbetov met with residents of Torebay Bi Village during their working visit to Karmakshy District and reviewed the progress of the gas infrastructure project.Construction work is currently underway on the gas pipeline and internal distribution networks. A total of 479.5 million tenge has been allocated for the project, which is being implemented by Asia Story KZ and Grand Structure Engineering.The provision of natural gas to rural settlements is being carried out in accordance with the 2023–2030 General Gasification Scheme of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 2023–2027 Detailed Gasification Plan of the Kyzylorda Region.According to last year's results, the region's gasification rate reached 83 percent. Today, Regional Akim Murat Ergeshbayev and Chairman of the Regional Maslikhat Murat Tleumbetov visited the Karmakshy District and reviewed the operations of the Shakizada Farm located in Akzhar Village.The farm was established in 2005. Currently, it cultivates 50 hectares of rice, 77 hectares of established alfalfa, 0.5 hectares of melons and gourds, and 70 hectares of grain corn. The farm provides permanent employment for five people.This year, agricultural crops in Karmakshy District have been planted on a total area of 25,130 hectares. To support spring fieldwork, 1,611.5 tons of subsidized diesel fuel were allocated to 21 agricultural enterprises.Water-saving technologies are being implemented on 600 hectares of farmland, including drip irrigation on 19 hectares and sprinkler irrigation on 581 hectares of fodder crops.Under the collective gardening project, it is planned to allocate 420 hectares of land to 960 families.
