The Government for Citizens State Corporation reports that the service for obtaining a driver’s license for the first time is now available via the “PSC” mobile application.Citizens who wish to obtain a driver’s license for the first time can now submit their application without visiting a Specialized Public Service Center, directly through the “PSC” mobile app.The system automatically verifies the availability of the medical certificate, the driving school completion certificate, and any restrictions through state databases.After submitting the application, the citizen can schedule theoretical and practical exams at a convenient time. The state fee is paid only after successfully passing the exams — at the specialized Public Service Center. This approach optimizes the issuance process and makes it more convenient for citizens.The pilot project is being implemented under a joint order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development. Its main purpose is to give citizens the opportunity to get rid of unbearable debts and start their financial life anew. However, the recognition of bankruptcy is not the end, but the beginning of a new stage, where it is crucial to restore solvency, credit history, and financial stability. The legal basis of bankruptcy of individualsThe bankruptcy procedure of individuals is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Restoration of Solvency and Bankruptcy of Citizens" (No. 178-VII dated 30 December 2022). В связи с этим по всей республике стартовал проект «Народный диктант» международного общества «Казахский язык». Его цель – формирование и развитие навыков грамотного письма на государственном языке. Это также способ продемонстрировать гражданскую ответственность и уважение к языку.Известно, что государственные служащие, прежде всего, представляют интересы государственного языка. Поэтому диктант, прошедший в Университете имени Х.
