Its goal is to create a multifunctional infrastructure where citizens can receive the maximum range of services in one place.In 2024, the center achieved good results in terms of the number of services provided, improving the quality of service and introducing innovative solutions.The center includes 11 front offices, 19 back offices, a special center, as well as a number of departments that ensure the availability of services to the public. Since the beginning of the year, the center has provided more than 480 thousand services in the areas of social security, real estate registration, maintenance, including the issuance of documents and certificates.The work of the superTSOn has already shown excellent results. The level of complaints from citizens decreased by 48% over the year. Now the registration of the land project has been reduced from 45 days to 3 working days, and the issuance of repeated certificates now takes only 30 minutes. The Green Corridor project has been launched, which allows you to quickly process documents and register real estate rights, significantly reducing the time and expenses of citizens. The transition to electronic document management has also been implemented in the Super Center.
