New measures to support young researchers, including grants, scholarships and internships abroad, were presented at the congress.As noted by A.K.Kurishbayev: "The Council of Young Scientists is the "voice" of the young generation of scientists at the highest level." He also drew attention to the systemic reform in the field of science and stressed the role of the Academy in the development of domestic science: "Kazakhstan is undergoing a large-scale reform of the scientific sphere aimed at improving the effectiveness of research and innovation. The Academy acts as a coordinator of scientific activities in the country and promotes the integration of science and education."According to him, the Academy is actively developing international relations, attracting leading scientists and advanced technologies to Kazakhstan. All conditions are being created for the career development of young scientists, including new laboratories, grants and scholarships. Thanks to these efforts, the international cooperation of Kazakhstani young scientists is actively developing.Within the framework of the congress, an exhibition of modern innovative developments of young scientists, a plenary forum, a presentation of the book "Kanysh Satpayev phenomenon", 8 scientific conferences, a round table and networking were held, at which more than 100 best young scientists, including those working abroad, whose scientific projects were selected by members of the National Scientific Councils of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Among the speakers are members of the National Council for Science and Technology under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Kurultai. The Congress provided young scientists with a unique opportunity to present their research to a wide audience, including leading scientists of Kazakhstan, establish contacts with potential partners and stakeholders, discuss current problems in science and find ways to solve them. During a working trip to Borodulikhinsky district, Deputy akim of the region Zhasulan Sarsebayev, together with the heads of relevant departments, assessed the condition of social facilities and the progress of construction in the area.The first object visited by the delegation was the Mukhtar Auezov Secondary school in the village of Novopokrovka. Built in 1980, it occupies an area of 3,852.3 square meters and includes 18 classrooms. 125 students study here. The KSU "Novopokrovskaya Secondary School" was also visited. Institutions need to modernize heating systems and create conditions that meet modern educational standards.Borodulikha College, where 140 students study in three specialties, was not ignored either: catering, agricultural mechanization and welding. The college cooperates with 16 enterprises, providing its graduates with 100% employment.The representatives of the delegation also got acquainted with the living conditions of the recipient services. The issue of improving the equipment of the Center was discussed: the purchase of multifunctional beds that will ensure a comfortable and safe stay for people with special needs. The possibilities of updating other elements of the Center's infrastructure were considered, namely, creating an accessible environment for people with limited mobility and upgrading facilities for rehabilitation activities."The implementation of the planned tasks requires consolidation of efforts. It is necessary to focus on the development of the district and create conditions for a comfortable life for each resident.
