PEACE AND UNITY ARE THE INSISTENT BASIS OF NATIONAL AND STATE STABILITY 09.08.2025
Peace and unity are the main conditions for the long-term development and prosperity of any state. Without these values, no achievements in the economic, social or cultural spheres will be sustainable. For Kazakhstan, peace and social harmony are a strategic principle that has strengthened the foundation of independence and has become a national idea. Since the first days of independence, our country has been pursuing a policy based on the principles of equal opportunities and mutual respect for all citizens, uniting different ethnic groups and religions under one roof. The activities of unique institutions such as the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan play an important role in strengthening harmony between ethnic groups and forming a culture of interethnic relations. Lessons from history - a guide to the future In the history of the Kazakh people, there have been countless trials and tribulations that have deeply illustrated the value of peace and unity. Famine, persecution, and war years are difficult periods that have left an indelible mark on the nation's memory. It was during these times that the strength that saved the people was trust in each other, mutual support, and strong unity. This quality remains at the core of our national code to this day. Peace is not just the absence of war. In modern times, the concept of peace is not limited to the absence of armed conflict. It is the establishment of justice and equality, the rule of law, respect for the dignity of citizens, social justice and stability. Kazakhstan also promotes these values in the international community. Its initiatives in international organizations such as the UN, OSCE, and SCO clearly demonstrate the country's peace mission. Unity is the pillar of stability Interethnic and interfaith harmony is an unshakable pillar of the country's internal stability. Respect for each other's traditions and culture, and unity in the pursuit of common interests by representatives of different nationalities create the most favorable conditions for economic growth and social development. Division and discord are a threat that only reverses the progress made. The responsibility of every citizen Maintaining peace and unity is not only the responsibility of state bodies or political leaders. It is the duty of every citizen. Maintaining mutual respect, tolerance and understanding in everyday life is the greatest contribution to the stability of the country. Today, Kazakhstan is a country that has proven that peaceful coexistence and development through unity are possible. This is an achievement that we are proud of and a legacy for future generations. Preserving that legacy is our common duty. #МирИСогласие #ЗаМир #МыВместе #PeaceAndHarmony #PeaceForAll #TogetherForPeace #АНК30жил #АНК30лет #APK30years #АНК #ANK_

TSA recipients will be able to buy essential products at reduced prices via a digital voucher 08.08.2025
A pilot project is being implemented in Kazakhstan to provide digital food vouchers, which will allow recipients of targeted social assistance (TSA) to purchase socially significant food products (SSFP) at a discount. The main principle of the project is based on the current price stabilization mechanism, the so-called "revolving scheme", within the framework of which retail outlets are provided with preferential repayable loans to replenish working capital. In exchange, stores are obliged to sell SSFP to TSA recipients at alternative prices, up to 15% lower than market prices. The pilot project is starting in the city of Akkol in the Akmola region. In the future, it is planned to expand to the cities of Kokshetau and Pavlodar. The digital voucher is provided through the "Social Wallet" service, integrated into the eGov Mobile mobile application. The TSA recipient only needs to activate the voucher and present the QR code at the store checkout, then the discount is applied automatically. The voucher size is calculated individually: one monthly calculation indicator is provided for each family member, which is equivalent to 3,932 tenge. Thus, a family of four receives a voucher for about 16 thousand tenge, the discount on the SZPT can reach up to 15% of the market price. The project is financed from the stabilization fund: 35% is directed to preferential lending to entrepreneurs, 65% to forward purchases of products from domestic producers and farmers. Thanks to this, a stable supply of stores with socially significant products at reduced prices is ensured, domestic producers are supported and an effective mechanism of social support is created. After the completion of the pilot, the project is planned to be scaled up to other regions, covering more than 245 thousand recipients of the ASP, providing a transparent and fair mechanism for targeted support of socially vulnerable citizens.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mti/press/news/details/1048054?lang=kk
