Inclusive education classrooms opened in Abai region 16.11.2024
The network of offices supporting inclusive education has been expanded in schools in the region. 4 new classrooms for children with special educational needs have been opened in schools No. 45 and No. 19 in Semey, the K. Ryskulbekov school in Beskaragai district and school No. 1 in Ayagoz district. The total number of inclusive education classrooms in the region has increased. About 400 children study in the classrooms.The main purpose of these classrooms is to provide psychological and pedagogical support to children with special educational needs in the learning process.The material and technical base of inclusive classrooms meets modern requirements. Zhakselekova, a meeting was held with representatives of government agencies and the civil sector to discuss Alternative Reports No. 2 and No. 8 prepared by a Coalition of non-governmental Organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the topics of which touch on fundamental issues such as the right to life, the right to freedom and personal integrity, freedom from torture and other types of ill-treatment and punishment, the rights of prisoners, the right to a fair trial.The Universal Periodic Review (UPR) is a unique mechanism for reviewing human rights information in all 193 UN Member States, which is carried out every four years. The UPR is part of the structure of the Human Rights Council and provides an opportunity for each country to inform about the measures it has taken to improve the human rights situation, as well as to fulfill its obligations in this area.As you know, the third cycle of Kazakhstan's protection under the UPR took place in 2019, following which 245 recommendations from the participating countries of the UN Human Rights Council were received. In order to improve the water supply in the city of Kokshetau, a number of projects are being implemented. One of them, at the Subsurface groundwater deposit, old reservoirs are being reconstructed.The contracting organization VTK Stroymontazh Limited Liability Partnership has been implementing the construction of two new water storage tanks with a total capacity of 600 m3 since August 2024. The construction of these two new reservoirs will significantly increase the volume of accumulated water and ensure stable water supply to citizens even during periods of high consumption.In addition, as part of the improvement of the existing infrastructure, the old 500 m3 tank will be reconstructed. This allows you to extend its service life and improve the quality of water storage.An important element of the project is the drilling of three new wells in an auxiliary groundwater field. New wells provide additional water supply to the system, which is becoming increasingly important, especially in the context of the growing demand for drinking water in the city."After the implementation of these works, the city will receive a more efficient and reliable water supply system. In the Exhibition Hall of the Kazan Kremlin of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the "Days of Culture of the Abai region", the opening of the exhibition "Love all mankind as your brother ..." of the State Historical, cultural and Literary Memorial Museum-Reserve "Zhidebai-Borili" took place.As part of a working trip to Kazan, the delegation of the Abai region under the leadership of Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhayev attended the opening of the exhibition.The exhibition featured exhibits related to the great personalities of the region: Abai Kunanbayev, Shakarim Kudaiberdiyev, Mukhtar Auezov. These are personal items, books and handwritten materials that will introduce Tatarstan residents to their life and work.In 1885, during his lifetime, Abai handed over more than 60 exhibits to the local history museum of the city, comprehensively showing the life and way of life of the Kazakh people. Later, in 1964, 23 of them were transferred to the museum. These are a dombra and a male hunting belt of the poet, a baton, a battle axe, a leather vessel and others. The exhibition also presents books from the madrasah where Abai studied. These are unique editions of the XVIII-XIX centuries in Arabic, Persian and Turkish. In the Karaganda region, rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an action "Safety in high-rise buildings" for residents of residential complexes.The purpose of this campaign is to raise public awareness of fire safety rules.During the event, rescuers talked about the statistics of fires in the current year, identified the main causes of their occurrence and discussed possible consequences. The head of the region Serik Shapkenov made a report on the work done in Atyrau region– In the Zhylyoy district of the city of Kulsary, work has been carried out to clean and deepen 32 kilometers of the Kursai canal. Also this month, work has begun on clearing the Zhem River, the total length of which is 55 kilometers, and 1.5 kilometers have been completed to date. In addition, protective structures – dams – are being built with a total length of 58 kilometers, of which 24 kilometers have already been built, S. Shapkenov said.The Governor of the region noted that a special institution "Tabigat" has been created for the management of water facilities.– Work is underway to take 590 kilometers of dams erected during the flood to the balance of this institution. We will check their quality before spring and, if necessary, strengthen these structures. In order to increase the capacity of the Zhaiyk River at the outlet to the Caspian Sea, dredging continues. A briefing seminar on compliance with the norms of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the Akimat of the Abai region. The event was held with the participation of heads of the offices of mayors of cities and districts, specialists of independent departments of akimats, as well as employees of regional departments and subordinate organizations, as well as employees of the office of the akim of the region.During the briefing, the participants actively shared their experiences and voiced questions that arise in the process of reviewing citizens.
