Work on strengthening the embankment as part of anti-flood measures was carried out near the village of Petropavl, Kargaly district. Last spring, the water level in the river rose, but no water entered the village. It is planned to build a five-kilometer canal from the river to fill the dam with water. Askhat Shakharov instructed to prepare flood-fighting equipment, bags and sand.
