A resident of Karaganda, Vladislav Gorizanov, won the Grand Prix of the republican contest "The State Language is a symbol of independence". The event was timed to coincide with the 130th anniversary of Ilyas Zhansugurov. The competition of experts in the state language was held in Taldykorgan. The level of Kazakh language proficiency was demonstrated by representatives of ethnic groups from 16 regions of the country.The competition consisted of four stages, including creative tasks, questions from different spheres of life. The participants had to show not only the level of language proficiency, but also knowledge of culture.Vladislav Gorizanov, a specialist of the KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim" Department of Internal Affairs of the Karaganda region, was not new to participate in the competition. With the assistance of the state, it was able to expand from five jobs to 115.– We are one of the first in the country to reduce the retail tax to 2%. As a result, the number of individual entrepreneurs paying retail tax has increased 16 times and amounts to 2.5 thousand.
