Over the past 7 years, disability in the Republic of Kazakhstan has decreased by categories: congenital malformations, deformities and chromosomal abnormalities by 5.2%, diseases of the nervous system by 1.7%," the head of the department noted.At the same time, neuropsychiatric diseases have become one of the most common diagnoses in the structure of childhood disability. This is due to the introduction of diagnostic screening for the early detection of autism, the approval of a clinical protocol for the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders.She said that starting in 2025, Kazakhstan plans to introduce screening of adolescent girls aged 16-17 years for the carriage of spinal muscular atrophy.At the same time, in order to improve the availability of early detection of genetic diseases and congenital malformations, starting from March 1 of this year,"One-day clinics" have been opened in 10 regions of the country, where more than 23 thousand pregnant women have been examined. A resident of Karaganda, Vladislav Gorizanov, won the Grand Prix of the republican contest "The State Language is a symbol of independence". The event was timed to coincide with the 130th anniversary of Ilyas Zhansugurov. The competition of experts in the state language was held in Taldykorgan. The level of Kazakh language proficiency was demonstrated by representatives of ethnic groups from 16 regions of the country.The competition consisted of four stages, including creative tasks, questions from different spheres of life. The participants had to show not only the level of language proficiency, but also knowledge of culture.Vladislav Gorizanov, a specialist of the KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim" Department of Internal Affairs of the Karaganda region, was not new to participate in the competition. Two new enterprises have been launched – for the production of polyethylene pipes and steel hot-water gas boilers. Eight more projects are expected to be launched. The head of the region spoke about the fulfillment of the instructions of the President of the country to improve the quality of life of the population.– Since the beginning of the year, 679.1 billion tenge of investments have been invested in the region's economy – 14.6% more than the same period last year. Two new enterprises have appeared on the map of the region. By the end of the year, we will launch 8 more projects worth more than 200 billion tenge of investments, with the creation of 2,600 jobs. Among the major projects are plants for the production of copper and ferrosilicon," said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.According to him, since the beginning of the year, the economy has grown by 13.1%.The volume of industrial production exceeded 2.8 trillion tenge. The main part is accounted for by the manufacturing industry – 2.2 trillion tenge.The governor of the region separately focused on the activities of the Qarmet company.– As you know, at the largest enterprise in the region, Qarmet, last year, on behalf of the Head of State, the main investor was replaced and modernization began. The production of cast iron, armor and flat rolled products has increased at the metallurgical plant. At the time of the transfer to the new investor, there were only three mines out of eight in operation. There are currently seven mines in operation. The number of sinkholes has been increased from 11 to 45. In our region, almost every second working resident is employed in the field of small and medium–sized businesses," the head of the region noted.State support contributes to the development of entrepreneurship.The governor of the region cited the example of the metalworking enterprise Inkar 1. With the assistance of the state, it was able to expand from five jobs to 115.– We are one of the first in the country to reduce the retail tax to 2%. As a result, the number of individual entrepreneurs paying retail tax has increased 16 times and amounts to 2.5 thousand.
