Medieval Italian Mask Theater on the Karaganda stage 16.11.2024
Genuine humor, apt phrases and free jokes are all in the new production of the Stanislavsky Theater. Two days in a row, on November 9 and 10, the premiere of the play "Love for Three Oranges" will take place here. The main characters of the fairy tale for adults are masked characters from the Commedia dell'arte. The production is based on a satirical work by Russian theater and film actor Leonid Filatov. This is an original adaptation of the fairy tale play of the same name by the Italian playwright Carlo Gozzi, known for his imagination and wit.As Racha Mahataev, the director of the play and the artistic director of the Stanislavsky Theater, explained, the choice of this material is not accidental.– When I came here a year ago, there was an idea to create a multi-genre theater. So that the troupe touches different genres in one season. We have already staged the play "The Golden Cloud spent the Night", the documentary play "7", the classic drama "Profitable Place". Now it's time to swing the pendulum in a completely different direction – into the sharp and dynamic existence of the actor in the mask. What I like about this comedy is its audacity, the sharpness of its statements and the absence of false pathos," Racha Mahatayev noted. The play tells about a hypochondriac prince, who was cursed by an evil witch. The only hope for healing is to find three magic oranges. If the prince completes the task, he will find his destiny and be cured of the disease. The color of the play is given by bright characters in ugly masks who speak in verse. This story, despite its fabulousness, remains relevant today. The performances start at 17:00.The age limit is 16+.Photo by Anna StrokovaSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/karaganda/press/news/details/879408

SHYMKENT GASIFIES THE DISTRICTS: ANOTHER RESIDENTIAL AREA IS CONNECTED TO NATURAL GAS 16.11.2024
In Shymkent, large-scale gasification projects are being implemented in remote neighborhoods aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens. As part of this program, the ceremonial launch of natural gas supply to the residential districts of Bozaryk and Kaynarbulak took place. Gasification of the Bozaryk microdistrict: the beginning of long-awaited changes The supply of natural gas has begun in the Bozaryk microdistrict of the Karatau district, where about 10,000 people live. Akim of Shymkent Gabit Syzdykbekov, together with local residents, held a solemn ceremony of launching gas, which became an important milestone in the gasification of the city. The construction of the gas pipeline here began in 2023, and the first stage has been completed: 627 houses have been connected. This event allows residents not only to provide their homes with heat, but also to significantly improve the environmental situation in the area. QUOTE: "Gasification is an important element of the city's development,– said the akim of Shymkent. "It not only improves the environment, but also makes the life of citizens more comfortable." Syzdykbekov also stressed the importance of observing safety rules when using gas and appealed to residents to take a responsible approach to the operation of new equipment. For the residents of Bozaryk, this event has become a real holiday. According to Bakhtygul Sagynbaeva, a resident of the neighborhood, they have been waiting for this moment for four years. QUOTE: "Now our house will be warm and cozy, it's an amazing feeling!" she shared her impressions. People hope that gasification will not only reduce heating costs, but also make life in the neighborhood more comfortable. It should be noted that over the past week, Bozaryk has become the second major settlement in Shymkent to receive natural gas. Last weekend, residents of the Kaynarbulak settlement received the opportunity to connect to natural gas. Previously, like Bozaryk, it was considered a country estate, but now, thanks to the development of infrastructure, residents can use the central gas supply. The second stage of Bozaryk gasification is planned to be completed by the end of the year, connecting another 700 houses. In addition, gasification will continue in other districts of Shymkent, such as Yntymak-2, Tassai and Karatobe, which will allow even more residents to access natural gas. Kaynarbulak: gasification improves the quality of life for more than 60,000 residents Gas supply has also started in the Kaynarbulak microdistrict, which has become a significant event for its residents. On October 31, the mayor of the city, Gabit Syzdykbekov, officially opened the supply of natural gas, to which 60% of houses in the area have already received access. The remaining 40% is planned to be connected by the end of November. The authorities urged residents to promptly apply for connection, noting that the process will be transparent and without delay. The gasification project in Kaynarbulak started several years ago, but faced difficulties and delays. Before the connection, residents were forced to use liquefied gas, coal and firewood, which was not only laborious, but also less safe. The construction of the gas pipeline began in 2022 as part of a large-scale Shymkent gasification program, the purpose of which is to provide all neighborhoods with stable and environmentally friendly fuel. However, the project faced a number of problems, including a slowdown in work on individual sites and the lack of efficiency of contractors, which raised questions from local residents. Nevertheless, the city authorities assured that all obstacles have been overcome and the connection will be completed on time. Gasification will not only facilitate the life of local residents, but also have a positive impact on the environment by reducing emissions of carbon dioxide and pollutants into the atmosphere. Large-scale Shymkent gasification program The gasification of the Bozaryk and Kaynarbulak neighborhoods is part of a broader project aimed at improving gas supply throughout Shymkent. In the coming months, the neighborhoods of Yntymak-2, Tassai and Karatobe will also be provided with natural gas. Shymkent authorities strive to provide blue fuel to all remote settlements, solving the problem of energy shortages and increasing the comfort of life for citizens. Shymkent gasification is carried out within the framework of a state program aimed at developing infrastructure and improving the quality of life in the city. Switching to natural gas reduces the consumption of coal and firewood, which reduces the level of air pollution. This environmentally friendly type of fuel makes home heating more affordable and economical, which is especially important for large cities with dense buildings. In the long term, the Shymkent authorities plan to complete the gasification of all residential areas, which will be an important step in the development of urban infrastructure and environmental sustainability. As representatives of the city administration emphasize, such projects can improve the standard of living of the population, creating comfortable living conditions and ensuring stable energy supply.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/shymkent/press/news/details/879084

In the field of housing and communal services, state support for entrepreneurial activity helps not only to develop small and medium-sized businesses, but also to contribute to improving public health. Thus, thanks to grant support in the amount of 5 million tenge, one of the residents of Taldykorgan purchased equipment for a rehabilitation center, and the other – for the opening of a correctional center for children with special educational needs, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.- Two years ago, I received a grant in the amount of 5 million tenge within the framework of the National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025. Thanks to this, I purchased special equipment, including various simulators and medical equipment, for the opening of a children's correctional center. In general, when I thought about starting my own business, I first of all wanted to benefit people. The poet decided to create a children's correctional center. As a result, our center for correction, development and additional education has been operating in Taldykorgan since September of this year. The purpose of our activity is to provide comprehensive psychological and pedagogical assistance to children with disabilities in psychophysical development. We help to change the actual intellectual, speech, and emotional status of the child, strive to teach how to communicate with peers, serve ourselves, that is, we prepare the child for independent life, creating equal conditions for all children," says Laura Darkenbayeva, director of the Balazhan private correctional center.According to her, the correctional and developmental work with children at the center is carried out by certified qualified specialists: a teacher-psychologist, a teacher-defectologist, a speech therapist, an art teacher, an instructor of therapeutic physical education, a music director. The duration of correctional work is determined individually for each child and is regulated by an individual curriculum. In total, 15 people are employed in the center.Equally important assistance to those in need of specialized medical care is provided by a private rehabilitation center, also opened thanks to a state grant. And if about 500 people were rehabilitated here last year, then 700 have already been since the beginning of this year. Moreover, there are many patients coming from East Kazakhstan and the Almaty region. And the number of employees has increased by 2 times, that is, from 16 to 32.- At the end of 2022, I completed training through Bastau Business, then, within the framework of the National Project for the Development of Entrepreneurship, I presented my project and won a grant in the amount of 5 million tenge. With this money, special Russian-made Levitas equipment and a walking simulator from Poland were purchased. Now in our center, people who have suffered a stroke, heart attack, as well as those injured in an accident are undergoing a full course of rehabilitation through CSHI. There is the latest diagnostic equipment. Along with free rehabilitation within the framework of the CSHI, we provide services on a commercial basis. At the same time, our rehabilitation center is the only one in Taldykorgan that provides services around the clock," said Yerasyl Edilhanuly, director of the Meirim rehabilitation center. In the medical center, depending on the state of health, patients are treated in a hospital for 10-14 days. The center can accommodate up to 60 people daily. As one of the patients of the center Tolegen Yessimbekov noted, he has been visiting the center almost since the opening.- After suffering a stroke last year, the limbs stopped working. Then I turned to this rehabilitation center. I feel much better now. You can say that I was lifted to my feet. Every 3 months I go through a full course, including massage, medication treatment. Everything is free, as it is within the framework of the OSMS. Five meals a day at the center. The staff is qualified, everyone is very polite and attentive, they treat everyone with a soul," says a pensioner from the Aksu district.Speaking about the future development of the center, the entrepreneur notes that there are plans to purchase palliative beds for seriously ill patients who need care 24 hours a day.
