Turkish Company Plans to Invest in the Construction of Logistics Infrastructure in Kazakhstan 27.06.2025
Astana, June 27, 2025 – Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gabidulla Ospankulov, held a meeting with Hüseyin Barlin, Chairman of the Board of one of Turkiye’s leading logistics companies – S Sistem Lojistik.During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of investment projects in Kazakhstan, including the construction of a network of modern logistics and warehouse terminals with a total investment of approximately 100 million US dollars. The growing production of synthetic narcotic drugs is particularly dangerous.Kazakhstan supports the leading role of the UN in combating this global problem. Our country has joined all three UN conventions in the field of combating drugs. Kostanay region increases the pace of construction 26.06.2025
In the first five months of 2025, the construction industry of Kostanay region has shown steady growth. As it was announced at a meeting of the akimat chaired by Akim of the region Kumar Aksakalov, the volume of construction and installation work increased by 57% compared to 2024 and amounted to 75.5 billion tenge.Special attention is paid to housing construction. Kostanay region demonstrates steady growth in construction industry 25.06.2025
On June 24, a meeting of the akimat was held under the chairmanship of the regional akim Kumar Aksakalov, dedicated to the results of the construction industry development for the first five months of the current year. The region's share in the national volume increased from 3.8% to 4.6%.For 2025, the planned figure is 406.8 billion tenge. In the first five months, 75.5 billion tenge has already been spent, which is 157.8% of the same period last year.At the same time, a lag is observed in a number of districts. Less active rates were also recorded in the Mendykarinsky district.Housing construction: dynamics persistAs Tleubayev reported, according to the results of five months, 179.5 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned - this is 1,810 apartments, including 1,625 in the commercial sector and 185 in the individual housing construction sector. The cities of Kostanay, Rudny and Kostanay district are in the lead.
