This platform combines public procurement and procurement of the quasi-public sector. Now suppliers can participate in tenders through a single portal, which greatly simplifies the process, since earlier authorization had to be carried out separately in each system.The new platform covers the procurement of all government agencies, national companies, holdings, enterprises and organizations with a state share of more than 50%, as well as the Samruk-Kazyna Foundation and its subsidiaries. Deputy Director Bekenova emphasized that strengthening the professional community of social workers and creating a modern and stable legal framework are key conditions for the effective development of social work in Kazakhstan.International expert from the United States, Aitakin Huseinli, spoke about global trends and standards in social work, highlighting the need to integrate international approaches into national training programs. She noted that more than half of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals relate to social and economic issues, making the role of social workers essential in achieving these goals and building resilient support systems.Additionally, Professor of Law Muslim Khasenov presented recommendations on updating legislation related to freedom of association, labor protection, and the legal status of social sector specialists. In the North Kazakhstan Region, a resident of Petropavlovsk filed a complaint with the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection regarding a violation of pricing laws. She alleged that a price tag at one of the city's supermarkets listed the price in Russian rubles, rather than in the national currency, the tenge.Following the complaint, Department specialists conducted an unscheduled inspection of the retail outlet, which confirmed the violation: the price tags did indeed contain information in foreign currency, which is contrary to the requirements of Kazakhstani law, which requires that prices for goods and services be listed exclusively in tenge. Following the inspection, the supermarket owner was held administratively liable. Furthermore, the Department issued an order to rectify the identified violations and ordered the store's management to bring the price tags into compliance with legal provisions.Such incidents not only mislead customers but also violate their rights. Объем выпуска продукции субъектами МСБ за первое полугодие 2025 года увеличился на 25% и составил 42,7 трлн тенге», — сообщил Ерлан Сагнаев. Рост выпуска продукции продемонстрировали 5 ключевых отраслей: торговля, промышленность (в том числе обрабатывающая), строительство, транспорт и складирование, а также сельское, лесное и рыбное хозяйство.Также, по словам Ерлана Сагнаева, Министерство национальной экономики совместно с ЕБРР в рамках программы «Повышение инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий среднего бизнеса» в этом году ведет работу над планом, который позволит предприятиям увеличить производство в 2–3 раза. В рамках программы предприятиям предоставляется поддержка в виде диагностики и подготовки индивидуальных планов развития. «Средний бизнес сегодня в основном сконцентрирован в обрабатывающей промышленности – на нее приходится около 12% от общего выпуска продукции МСП. Сохраняется значительный потенциал для дальнейшего роста. Today, a solemn event dedicated to the Day of Agricultural Workers was held in our region. The meeting brought together leading experts from the agricultural sector, representatives of business and local authorities.The governor of the region congratulated the countrymen on their professional holiday and stressed the importance of the work of rural workers. "Today we honor those who work for the benefit of their native land, value work and serve their country," he said.In his speech, the head of the region recalled the strategic objectives outlined by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the last forum in Astana. Special attention is paid to the development of agriculture as a key sector of the economy, the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex, the modernization of infrastructure and the active involvement of business in rural development.Technical re-equipment of enterprises continues in Kostanay region, projects for processing agricultural products are being implemented. On behalf of the Head of State, new initiatives are being introduced to support agricultural enterprises. Thus, in 2025, 207 billion tenge was allocated to the industry, which is 60% more than last year and twice as much as in 2023. Thanks to government support, a record 7 million tons of grain were harvested, the highest figure in the last decade.The Preferential Leasing program has been successfully operating since 2024. This year, 250 billion tenge has been allocated in the republic, which allowed agricultural enterprises to purchase 960 pieces of machinery and equipment worth 34 billion tenge. By the end of 2025, the volume of gross agricultural output in the region will exceed 1 trillion tenge.The mayor stressed that the economy is based on people, and rural development should be comprehensive. In the last three years, about 254 billion tenge has been allocated from the regional budget to create comfortable conditions for villagers — twice as much as in the previous three years. As part of this work, high-quality drinking water is provided, houses, schools, kindergartens, medical institutions and sports facilities are being built.Separately, the head of the region noted the contribution of agricultural enterprises and entrepreneurs to the development of their native villages. Examples include Ayan—ozat LLP (Kostanay district), Alexandrovskoye LLP, Altynsarino LLP (Kamystinsky district), Miras Agricultural Complex (Uzunkol district), Frunzenskoye LLP (Denisovsky district). These enterprises are actively involved in landscaping, housing construction, sports and cultural infrastructure, introducing modern production technologies and increasing yields.Special attention is paid to the development of dairy cattle breeding and the construction of modern high-tech farms. From 2025 to 2027, 93 investment projects worth 383 billion tenge are planned to be implemented in the region, the creation of 11 fattening grounds, 16 irrigation projects and 3 vegetable storages, as well as 18 projects in the processing industry, which will provide about 3,000 new jobs."Your work always commands special respect.
