On June 1, the grand opening of the modern Almaly rehabilitation center for people with disabilities took place in Atyrau. This socially significant facility was commissioned as part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State, announced at the 4th meeting of the National Kuryltai.The opening ceremony was attended by Akim of Atyrau Region Serik Shapkenov, government representatives, veterans, and residents of the region.Construction of the new three-story center, with a total area of ​​22,000 square meters, began in 2023. The implementation of the project will provide quality communication to new residential neighborhoods, industrial zones, and areas with insufficient signal levels.The memorandum provides for the phased introduction of 4G and 5G technologies in the cities and settlements of the region. На 16-м заседании Проектного офиса по внедрению Налогового кодекса рассмотрели вопрос о дополнительной поддержке бизнеса при внедрении системы маркировки товаров.Как отметил заместитель председателя НПП «Атамекен» Тимур Жаркенов, внедрение маркировки требует от бизнеса значительных затрат, связанных с модернизацией производственных линий, приобретением оборудования и другие.В целях снижения финансовой нагрузки на предпринимателей было предложено предусмотреть возможность отнесения на вычеты расходов на приобретение оборудования для нанесения и считывания средств идентификации в размере 150% от суммы фактически понесенных затрат.Участники заседания Проектного офиса поддержали данное предложение. Соответствующие поправки будут включены в пакет изменений в Налоговый кодекс. Также на заседании было принято принципиальное решение по вопросу увеличения срока выписки электронных счетов-фактур за нерезидента. Срок будет продлен. В настоящее время Комитет государственных доходов и НПП «Атамекен» прорабатывают окончательную редакцию нормы. ЭСФ за нерезидента необходимо будет выписывать не позднее последнего рабочего дня, предшествующего дате подачи декларации по НДС,  Кроме того, участники заседания обсудили подготовку пилотного проекта по унификации платежей, связанных с фондом оплаты труда. В настоящее время рассматривается механизм их администрирования через кабинет налогоплательщика.
