Foundry products play a key role in industries such as agricultural machinery, energy, and mining. Kostanay Agromechanical Plant LLP, which produces agricultural aggregates and spare parts, as well as foundry products, is actively modernizing its production to increase output and improve product quality.In 2023, the plant carried out a large-scale reconstruction of the foundry, thanks to which production reached a new level of automation. This allows the plant to produce a wide range of products, including hubs, coupling halves, bearing housings, brackets and counterweights for tractors.The performance of the new equipment is impressive: one machine is capable of performing 20 cycles per hour. In one cycle, from several to several dozen castings are produced, depending on their size. The minimum weight of the casting is 800 grams, and the maximum is 250 kg.Today, the plant uses about 25-30% of foundry products for its own needs, and sells the rest to third-party enterprises. By the end of 2023, it is expected to produce about 500 tons of foundry products, which is twice as much as in 2022.With the reconstruction of the foundry and the introduction of new equipment, the company is strengthening its market position and making a significant contribution to the development of domestic engineering and agriculture.The plant has a design bureau, laboratory and technology department, where new types of agricultural machinery are being developed and production processes are being improved.
