This was stated at a briefing in the central communications service by Governor of Abay region Nurlan Urankhaev.The implementation of the five-year project "Abay Zholy library" continues. As part of the first edition, 16 books were published with a circulation of 8 thousand copies. This year it is planned to publish books by 20 authors with a total circulation of 10 thousand copies.Special attention is paid to the development of mass sports in the region. Currently, there are 23 sports institutions covering more than 15 thousand people. The Central Stadium in ayagoz district is being repaired, and a sports hall is being built in Zhanai village of Urdzhar district.The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in November 2024.Also, two new sports facilities were opened in the villages of Borodulikha and Taskesken.
