In order to ensure the high-quality operation of the facility, damaged parts of the hydraulic structure were repaired and other defects were corrected.It should be noted that the waterworks is designed to irrigate about 120 thousand hectares of land on the left and right banks of the Syrdarya River and to hydrate about 2 million hectares of desert areas.“The issue of completing projects whose construction has been suspended or delayed is under close supervision of the ministry.
