The Ministry of Defense has prepared a draft order of the head of the defense department "On the call-up of conscripts to military training in 2025". The regulatory legal act was developed in accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Military Service and the Status of Military Servicemen" dated February 16, 2012.The events are conducted by military management bodies and authorized state bodies.The main purpose of military training is to increase the combat and mobilization readiness of military units maintained in reduced numbers in peacetime, to prepare and stockpile military-trained resources necessary for the deployment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military formations during mobilization.Military training is held annually for up to 30 days. During this period, conscripts retain their jobs and positions, and they are paid an average salary. Those who do not work receive the minimum wage at the expense of the state.Transportation of conscripts to and from military training is carried out by rail or road transport. Food is provided at the expense of the Ministry of Defense. In addition, all conscripts called up for military training are provided with material property in accordance with the norms established for the relevant categories of conscripts and medical services organized on an equal basis with active military personnel.Conscripts called up for training live in barracks. In Zhambyl region, World War II veteran Rakhimzhan Sampaldyuly Mamyraliyev celebrated his centenary. Children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, fellow villagers, representatives of local executive bodies and military administration gathered at the veteran's house in the village of Zhetybay, Baizak district, to congratulate the veteran on his centenary.
