The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that according to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, income received from sources in Kazakhstan, non-resident legal entities whose activities do not lead to the formation of a permanent establishment in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is subject to withholding taxation. What income is taxable?: Non-resident income received from sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan is subject to corporate income tax at the source of payment.
