The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues the phased digitization of customs administration through the KEDEN information system. In 2025, significant results were achieved in the transition of customs procedures to electronic format. As part of the development of the KEDEN IS, 12 customs public services, 3 types of permits, and 2 types of customs declarations (for vehicles and passengers) were converted to electronic format. New modules and services have been introduced, including viewing price information on goods, checking customs clearance of vehicles by VIN code, tracking the status of electronic documents, online payment of budget payments, working with licenses and permits, delegation of access rights, document management in a personal account, access to the registers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the EAEU, an interactive map of customs authorities, and display of active user statistics.The Passenger Customs Declaration and Personal Use Goods Accounting modules have ensured full automation of declarations and the ability to submit documents via mobile applications.
