The implementation of a set of measures for organizing summer holidays, recreation and employment of children continues in Kostanay region. The Department of State Revenue for the West Kazakhstan Region draws the attention of participants in foreign economic activity to the need to comply with prohibitions and restrictions on the movement of goods across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union. In accordance with Article 8 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan", goods are transported across the customs border in compliance with prohibitions and restrictions. According to the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated April 21, 2015 No. 30 "On non-tariff regulation measures", the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union has banned the import and/or export of certain categories of goods provided for in Annex No. 1 to the said Decision. Brussels, 23 June 2026 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Issetov participated in a high-level meeting marking the launch of the Connectivity Agenda Platform, aimed at enhancing cooperation among the countries of Central Asia, the South Caucasus, the Black Sea region, and the European Union.In his remarks, Deputy Minister Issetov underscored the importance of further strengthening ties between Central Asia and the European Union, as well as expanding practical cooperation in transport, energy and digital development.Particular attention was given to Kazakhstan’s role as the largest economy in Central Asia and an important bridge between Europe and Asia. It was noted that Kazakhstan is consistently implementing projects aimed at enhancing transport, energy and digital infrastructure, thereby contributing to stronger interregional cooperation.Arman Issetov welcomed the launch of the Platform as a tangible outcome of the agreements reached during the Ministerial Meeting on Enhancing Connectivity between Central Asia, the South Caucasus, the Black Sea Region and the European Union, held in Luxembourg in October 2025.
