Заместитель Премьер-министра Серик Жумангарин на заседании Правительства представил единую программу «Іскер аймақ», нацеленную на развитие производств в селах и малых городах.«Программа ориентирована на технологически простые, быстро реализуемые проекты, обеспечивающие оперативный эффект: переработку сельхозсырья, мини-пекарни, производство мебели и стройматериалов», — отметил Серик Жумангарин. Финансовые условияПрограмма обеспечит ежегодный объем кредитования через БВУ в размере 400 млрд тенге.Кредит: до 200 млн тенге на проект.Ставка: ~8,8% (40% субсидируется государством).Срок: до 3 лет.Гарантия «Даму»: до 85% от суммы займа при дефиците залога.Ресурсы и инфраструктураПо словам Серика Жумангарина, бизнес получит не только деньги, но и физические ресурсы: льготную аренду помещений, земельные участки и подведение коммуникаций. Для эффективного запуска производств внедряется сервисное сопровождение и отраслевое онлайн-обучение. При этом приоритет в получении господдержки закреплен за участниками проектов «Ауыл аманаты» и «Одно село — один продукт».Как подать заявку?Подача заявок автоматизирована через порталы egov.business и Damu Online.
