Maslikhats celebrate 30 years since their creation. On this occasion, a solemn meeting was held in the building of the regional branch of the Amanat party with the participation of akim of the region Askhat Shakharov and chairman of the regional maslikhat Gulkasima Suentayeva.Deputies of all eight convocations were also invited to the event.Akim of the region congratulated the deputies on the significant date and noted the important role of maslikhats in the public administration system, emphasizing their importance in making decisions aimed at developing the region and improving the well-being of the population. Maslikhat is a platform where the interests of citizens and the mechanisms of government meet. Although we represent different parties and professions, our common goal is to improve the welfare of the people and develop the Motherland.Today's eighth convocation is working in a new format: for the first time, elections were held under a proportional-majority system, which was an important step in the democratization of society. The deputy corps has been updated by 70%, combining experience and new ideas. There are 34 deputies in the maslikhat: 17 were elected on party lists, the rest on single-mandate constituencies.At the II Republican Forum of Maslikhat deputies, the President of the country stressed the importance of strengthening the powers of maslikhats, actively participating in budget planning and conducting a direct dialogue with society. We will continue to work on this," Gulkasima Suentayeva said.During the solemn meeting, deputies of various convocations spoke, recalling their work in the maslikhat. Aviation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan has received a new Airbus Helicopters H145 D3 helicopter, which has become part of the updated fleet of aircraft of Kazaviaspas JSC. In a solemn ceremony, Cecile Arnault, CEO of Airbus Helicopters Kazakhstan Engineering, handed over the keys to the new aircraft to the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Major General Genghis Arinov. The H145 D3 helicopter was selected to perform a wide range of tasks, including search and rescue operations, extinguishing forest and wildfires, as well as other critical emergency response tasks."The renewal of the aviation fleet is a strategic task to increase the efficiency of our services. We plan to create aviation detachments in each region, which will allow us to respond promptly to emergencies," said Genghis Arinov. The Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations stressed the importance of training personnel for the operation of modern helicopters, as well as the introduction of innovative technologies in the aviation of emergency services. The H145 D3 helicopter has excellent maneuverability, reliability and high adaptability to various climatic conditions, which makes it an ideal choice for operating in conditions requiring efficiency and accuracy. It is equipped with modern medical equipment for emergency care, a spillway device for extinguishing fires (with a capacity of 1,000 liters), as well as rescue balloons for operations over water areas.One of the key advantages of the helicopter is its powerful searchlight, which allows it to operate effectively in conditions of night operations and limited visibility, which significantly expands its capabilities in unstable situations."Obtaining the H145 D3 helicopter is an important step in the framework of the modernization program of the aviation fleet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan. In 2024, our aircraft has already made 2,537 sorties to conduct rescue operations, extinguish fires and participate in exercises," said Alpamys Kamalov, General Director of Kazaviaspas JSC. The meeting also discussed the prospects for the development of the helicopter industry in Kazakhstan, including the adaptation of the H160 helicopter with subsequent localization of production.
