According to the latest data, 90% of the equipment has been delivered, and installation is in full swing. More than 900 specialists and 75 pieces of equipment have been involved in the construction. It is planned to increase the number of personnel to 2,000 from May of this year.“Construction and installation work is actively underway at the facility. In the spring, we will begin installing large technological equipment. Today, the State Service Agency opened a program to improve the skills of elected akims of cities of district significance, villages, townships, and rural districts with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev and Agency Chairman Darkhan Zhazykbay. The event was attended online by officials of the Presidential Administration, representatives of the Amanat Party and other political parties of the country, teachers of the Academy of Public Administration under the President, as well as district and village akims from the regions. In his address to the people of Kazakhstan, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that in accordance with the demands of citizens, a system of direct election of akims was launched, and almost 90 percent of all village akims were elected, and 60 percent of them had not previously worked in the civil service.
