For the first time in Karaganda region, a modern resuscitation of world standards has appeared 21.02.2025
The modernization of the Regional Clinical Hospital in Karaganda continues. Recently, the operating room and the wards of the surgical center were equipped according to European standards. And now a state-of-the-art intensive care unit, operating on the principle of a clean room complex, is being opened. This project was implemented for the first time in the region, and it was financed from the regional budget. The governor of Karaganda region, Yermaganbet Bolekpayev, visited the clinic and assessed the conditions created to save patients. The third floor, which previously housed ordinary wards, was completely rebuilt in one of the clinic buildings. An elevator shaft was found in the building and a lift was restored, which leads directly from the reception room to the intensive care unit.A highly sterile microclimate with multi-stage filtration and disinfection of the air, hermetic doors and windows with blinds glued to a glass package. Intensive care wards are a kind of capsules isolated from the external environment. Such an isolator was created. This allows patients to be maximally protected from infections and not to worsen their condition. The beds are functional, each of them has a console - a separate supply of oxygen, air, special filters, etc. There is a monitoring station for round-the-clock monitoring of patients. The floor covering is made of conductive material. They even paid attention to the positive emotions of patients. There are paintings on the walls, selected according to the recommendations of psychologists. Curtains between the beds and individual lighting are provided for personal space.- The peculiarity of this department is that a complex of sealed clean rooms has been created here, implemented due to special enclosures and panels with a bactericidal effect. Another important point is that a stream of clean sterile air is supplied to each ward specifically for this department. That is, the most favorable conditions are created here for the care of intensive care patients. One of our tasks was to minimize all risks and ensure patient safety, - says Rinat Gatin, advisor to the director of the OKA.The condition of medical workers has not been forgotten either. Comfortable offices have been created for doctors and nurses. The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that during the transition to world standards, it was necessary to take into account the features of the building built in 1975.OKA has plans to move forward. Projects are being developed to modernize the intensive care unit of the therapeutic center and upgrade the perinatal center.Ermaganbet Bolekpayev noted that a lot of work has been done to provide assistance to patients from all regions of the region. But the main task is to improve primary medical care, he noted. Also, this year the fleet of ambulances in the region will be updated. A third sugar factory is planned to be built in Zhetysu region 21.02.2025
Agreements are being made with investors on the construction of a third sugar factory in the Zhetysu region. As a result, it will be possible to process up to 1 million tons of sugar beet. This was stated by the regional governor Beibut Isabayev during an extended interview with representatives of the regional media in the studio of the "Jetisy" TV channel, - the press service of the Zhetysu region governor reports.- This year, modernization work will be carried out at the Koksu sugar factory for 60 million euros. As a result, the annual capacity of the factory will reach 500 thousand tons. And the capacity of the Aksu sugar factory is 350-400 thousand tons. So we already have the ability to process 800-900 thousand tons of beet. The fertile land of Zhetysu is sufficient. In addition, we will modernize irrigation systems and increase the volume of irrigated land. At that time, we have the opportunity to increase the volume of sugar beet to 1,000,000 tons. If we launch a third sugar factory, we will be able to fully process such a large product ourselves, - said B. Isabayev.Let us recall that last year, 630 thousand tons of sugar beet were harvested from 13 thousand hectares of land in the Zhetysu region. This is the first abundant harvest since independence. The average figure was 450-500 centners per hectare. According to the akim of the region, it is clear that such a large figure is behind a very large amount of work. And the temporary difficulty in sales was caused by the situation of farmers in the Zhambyl region. 100 thousand tons of sugar beet were received from the Zhambyl region and sent for processing to the Aksu sugar factory.Discussing this year's plans, the head of the region noted that much attention would be paid to the processing of agricultural products. For this purpose, work is underway with investors to build a poultry farm and a corn processing plant in the region. In general, 65% of agricultural products produced in the region, such as sugar beet, corn, wheat, meat, and milk, are processed locally. Last year, the growth in agriculture was 3%.Photographer: Zhenis Iskabay, as well as photos from the archive of the regional akim's press service.
