Among them are buildings erected on the “red line” and without construction requirements and without permits.Specialists of the Shymkent City Department of Environmental Quality and Control conducted an inspection of the construction facility belonging to individual entrepreneur K.A. Egemberdieva at the address: Zh. Adyrbekov Street, 18 microdistrict. As a result, it was revealed that the entrepreneur violated the requirements of the legislation on architecture, urban planning and construction activities, and was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 316, Part 1, Article 321 and Part 1 of Article 463 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses. Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev visited strategic energy facilities in Shymkent and held a meeting with the city's assets on the implementation of the National Plan for Modernization of the Energy and Utilities Sectors.According to the Akimat, 29 km of heating networks and 330 km of electricity networks have been reconstructed to date. Boilers have been repaired and 50 electrical transformers have been replaced.
