The contractor plans to commission the fitness and health complex by the end of the year. The future sports complex will have a 6-lane indoor swimming pool 1.5 meters wide and 25 meters long, as well as sections for various sports. Thanks to the new sports facility, modern conditions will be created for local residents to play sports and improve their health.Askhat Shakharov warned the contractor that he would not further adjust the cost estimate of the project. The complex must be commissioned within the specified time.A new building for the V. Tsekhanovich Sports School will also be built in Shalkar. The regional akim visited the site where the facility will be erected.Children's and Youth Sports School No. 1 named after Vladimir Tsekhanovich is a training ground for personnel. We have provided for three mats in the new one. In addition, separate halls for girls will be provided. There will be a field with stands that will allow holding competitions at the republican level. We have also included playgrounds for football and volleyball in the project. The new building will be equipped with a modern gym, and an administrative building for coaches and school employees is provided," said Daulet Daribayev, director of the BZHSM."The school has educated famous athletes who have made the region famous in the international arena. I am confident that the Tsekhanovich Sports School will continue its work as before and will train new generations of outstanding athletes. We will support the development of sports in our region and create conditions for the education of future champions," said the regional akim. After viewing the land plot on which the facility will be built and familiarizing ourselves with the project, the akim instructed the contractor to perform the work qualitatively and complete the facility on time.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/aktobe/press/news/details/943800
The concept of the development of the "Bozzhyra" visitor center was presented in Zhanaozen city 24.02.2025
On February 21, a preliminary public hearing was held in the city of Zhanaozen on the construction of tourist facilities in Bozzhyra. The event was attended by veterans, civil society representatives, members of the public council, maslikhat deputies, nature lovers and experts. At an expanded meeting of the Government, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to turn such attractions of the country as Bozzhyra into a center of tourism by attracting private investors. In this regard, domestic investors intend to build a visitor center and tourist facilities in Bozzhyra at their own expense, which will be able to receive 30-40 thousand tourists a year. The new project was developed by a domestic company with world-class experience in the construction of visitor centers in tourist areas such as Charyn, Kolsai, and Ayusai. According to the authors of the project, the center will be built taking into account all environmental requirements and the principles of sustainable tourism. The construction of the center is planned to be completed by the end of 2026. The center will be built from lightweight prefabricated structures that do not require a deep foundation. The building will be located at a height of 400 to 1000 mm, depending on the terrain of the site. The issues of water, electricity supply, and waste treatment have been resolved in a way that will cause the least harm to the environment. Bio-purification systems for wastewater treatment, separate collection of garbage, and solar power are provided. The project will include glamping sites decorated in Kazakh style in the upper part of the gorge, a museum, viewing platforms, and a teahouse. The modern visitor center will become a point of interest for tourists, contribute to the development of ecological tourism and ensure the preservation of natural heritage. According to the authors of the project, the goal of the visitor center is to lead travelers to the world of nomadic civilization, while preserving the natural landscape and cultural heritage, and to promote the history and traditions of the Kazakh people. Similar tourist facilities will also be built below Bozhyra. An ethno-village-style tourist town, eco-glamping and other tourist facilities are planned to be built here. A road will be built to the tourist facility and electricity will be installed. If this project is successfully implemented, 70 new permanent jobs will be created. An opportunity will be created for residents of nearby settlements to sell agricultural products and handicrafts. The participants who came to the public hearing expressed their support for the President's initiative to develop tourism. - I am an oilman. It is not known how long the oil future will last. Therefore, we need to develop other sectors of the economy, tourism, as much as possible. There is a great opportunity for this in Mangystau. The President also talks about it a lot. Of course, we fully support the direction of the Head of State, - said D. Izimov. And Orazgali Kaspayev, a resident of Zhanaozen, is confident that new projects will allow local residents to engage in business and earn money. - Today's Bozhyra issue has finally been resolved. But not only Bozhyra, but in my opinion, hotels should also be built in Ayrakty, Zhygylgan, Tuzbayir, and Torysh. Where are we inferior to Georgia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan? We certainly support it, - said the city resident. A member of the Oil Workers' Union, Sabit Tokenov, said that he was glad that the Bozhyra project, which was started several years ago and left unfinished, was resumed. - We should not stop now. Ultimately, tourism will undoubtedly be the main part of Mangystau's economy. We need to train our future youth in such specialties as tourism, biotechnology, nuclear power, artificial intelligence, and digitalization, - said the trade union member. According to the results of the meeting, the project was supported. Press service of the akim of ZhanaozenSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mangystau/press/news/details/943657

Inclusive workplaces are being opened for residents with disabilities in the Karaganda region 24.02.2025
In the Karaganda region, opportunities are being created for the employment of residents with state-supported disabilities. Lidiya Gonkina, a seamstress with hearing impairment, works by profession. She believes that if you have the will, there is no obstacle to work.A year ago, Lidiya was placed in a special workplace for the disabled at the sewing workshop "Dedal".- Before that, I worked as a seamstress in one of the ateliers. When the orders ran out, I had to look for another place. I went to the career center. I was offered a job in the city or in Maykuduk. Since I live in this area, I asked them to find a place in Prishakhtinsk. They offered me a job, - says Lidiya. - Our team is great. Everyone helps each other. The girls even learned to use signs to greet me and invite me for tea.The sewing workshop "Dedal" is engaged in sewing special clothes. This is not the first special workplace at the enterprise. For the convenience and safety of employees with disabilities, external and internal notification equipment, including digital scoreboards and “smart” wristwatches, has been installed. The enterprise is a regular participant in various state programs. “Dedal” plans to create another workplace for people with disabilities.Another example of successful labor integration is Ardak Iskakova. After receiving group III disability, she had to quit her job. Then she turned to the Labor Mobility Center, which helped her get a job as an administrator at the Rakhat-Med clinic under the state program. The management of the medical organization purchased a computer with a special keyboard and the necessary software.“I advise people with disabilities who can work to contact the Career Center. There is work, it is not at all difficult for us,” says Ardak.According to Nurlan Syzdykov, director of the Labor Mobility Center of the Karaganda region, enterprises intend to employ people with disabilities. The state contributes to this by paying subsidies to employers.– Last year, the Labor Mobility Center created 13 special jobs in two areas. This year, it is planned to employ people with disabilities in three categories: people with hearing and vision impairments and people with musculoskeletal problems, – explained Nurlan Syzdykov. – The main task of the employer is to create favorable conditions for employees with special needs. And the state, for its part, supports their intentions. The employer is reimbursed for the costs of purchasing and installing devices to equip special workplaces. The state also takes over part of the salaries of people with disabilities. Subsidies are paid monthly for three years: in the first year - 70% of the salary (but not more than 30 MCI), in the second year - 65% of the salary, in the third year - 60%.Five applications were received to organize 11 jobs, part of which was approved. These are six vacancies for plastic window assemblers in Karaganda, one for binders in Saran, and a packaging facility for the hearing impaired in the Abay district. Also, a vacancy for a marketing manager for people with musculoskeletal problems has been approved in Karaganda. The region is currently home to 55,000 disabled people, of whom more than 32,000 are of working age. Today, a third of them have found work on their own or with the help of career centers. A total of 1,200 people with disabilities have applied to them. 700 have been selected for jobs in various programs and directions. Scam for 6.5 million tenge: STKKD won the case of a coach-trainer in Taldykorgan in court 24.02.2025
The notorious case of a low-quality course on state procurement revenue was put to an end in Taldykorgan. The court ruled in favor of consumers who suffered from a coach-trainer promising “quick profits” through a tender, but lost a large amount. The case began with the complaint of consumer Zhuldyz Idrisova about the actions of a coach who, having encountered poor-quality training services and promised people “million-dollar profits”. She appealed to the Department of Trade and Consumer Rights Protection of the Zhetysu region on this issue. Having analyzed the issue in depth, the department published information on social networks and organized a reception event for citizens on October 11, 2024. On this day, complaints from eight consumers who sought help after purchasing affiliate courses for making money through a tender were considered.During the inspection conducted by employees of the Zhetysu region’s STKCD, it was found that the coach-entrepreneur did not conclude an official contract and did not issue a fiscal check upon payment - this is a violation of tax legislation. Instead of the promised monthly courses, only 3-4 lessons were held, and then the trainer stopped teaching, citing his "circumstances", which is a direct violation of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights". As a result, citizens were left without education and lost their money. Some consumers, hoping to win "profitable tenders" and get their money back, even went so far as to take out loans."The department's employees provided legal assistance to consumers in preparing pre-trial documents against this entrepreneur and demanded a response within 10 days. By not responding to the letter of protest, the entrepreneur violated the law, and therefore an unscheduled inspection was conducted by the department," said Aidos Daueshev, head of the State Consumer Protection Department.During the inspection, the number of victims of poor-quality service reached 18 people, and consumers from not only the Zhetysu region, but also Almaty, Kostanay and Astana cities also filed complaints. As a result, the total amount of damage increased to 6,593,000 tenge. In order to protect their legitimate interests, the Department filed a lawsuit with the Taldykorgan city court on behalf of more than ten consumers.During the trial, the coach-entrepreneur returned some of the affected consumers their money: three consumers were fully refunded 850,000 tenge, and the remaining two consumers were partially refunded - 450,000 tenge each. However, the court ruled to fully satisfy all claims and protected the interests of all parties to the case.Interestingly, another incident was revealed during this case: the coach-trainer had previously won a tender for the renovation of one of the city schools and had not paid the builders.
