BLED (SLOVENIA), September 10, 2018 - Kazakhstan and Slovenia intend to strengthen their comprehensive cooperation and partnership, with an emphasis on economic diplomacy and global interaction. This is the main message of the Kazakh-Slovenian political consultations that took place today.The Kazakh delegation was headed by Kazakhstan's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Roman Vassilenko, while the Slovenian delegation was led by the State Secretary of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andrej Logar.The diplomats discussed in detail a wide range of political, economic, cultural and humanitarian interactions, reiterating their mutual commitment to expanding their partnership. On June 19, Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov held a meeting with a head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (Minister) of Switzerland Didier Burkhalter.K. On Monday, June 24, Minister of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan Berdibek Saparbayev spoke about measures on promoting productive employment, which is one of the priority directions of the department activity."Providing employment directly affects the income of citizens and improving the quality of life of the unemployed and unproductive workers. Strengthening this work will help to reduce the number of low-income families and citizens who will find jobs and provide for themselves and their families on their own. For this purpose, we are implementing the State program "Enbek", - the Head of the Ministry of labor  said during the reporting meeting with the population.According to its data, last year in terms of the program 628 thousand people were covered by active measures on promoting employment, among which 497 thousand people were employed, including 380 thousand for permanent jobs. More than 14 thousand Kazakhstan citizens received preferential micro-loans, of which about 10 thousand unemployed people opened their own business for the first time.Another additional effect of micro-loaning is the creation new jobs. On Wednesday, June 12, Minister of labor and social protection of population of RK Berdibek Saparbayev presented at the plenary session in the Mazhylis of the Parliament of RK draft Laws "On compulsory social insurance" and "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of compulsory social insurance". The draft laws were developed on behalf of the First President of RK – Elbasy and are aimed at strengthening the relationship between work experience and the amount of payments in the system of compulsory social insurance, as well as ensuring from 2020 the growth of social payments for disability, loss of breadwinner and loss of work by an average of 30%.In particular, it is planned to revise the coefficient of experience in the system for recipients whose experience exceeds 5 years, which is used in determining the size of the three types of social benefits. To date, the maximum value of this coefficient is 1.0 for citizens with experience of participation from 5 years and above. It is proposed to increase the coefficient by 2% for each full year over 5 years of experience in the system.In order to increase the level of social protection of persons with disabilities, it is proposed to determine the amount of social benefits for disability based on the actual established medical and social examination of the degree of disability (from 30% to 100%).In order to increase the social security of families without a breadwinner, it is proposed to increase the amount of social benefits by increasing the dependency ratios.In addition, the draft Law provides for an increase in the income replacement rate from 30% to 40% for recipients of social benefits for loss of work, as well as an increase in the duration of social benefits from 4 to 6 months, depending on the experience of participation in the system.At the same time, in order to prevent a gap between the amount of social payments of new and established recipients, it is proposed to carry out a one-time recalculation of the amount of social payments with the use of new parameters for the recipients of social payments for disability and loss of breadwinner on January 1, 2020.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/enbek/press/news/details/20277?lang=kk

Ministry of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan has developed a list of 100 in demand service and industrial professions on the basis of the priorities of state programs and the forecast of personnel needs until 2025.List of professions drawn up in the framework of execution of the order of Elbasy on development of the program "Zhas maman". It includes 35 popular professions, which require higher education and 65, which require technical and vocational education, which also included 10 new professions, includingIT – specialists, 3D modeling and augmented reality engineers, inter-machine learning systems, renewable energy sources, additive manufacturing technologies, architects and infrastructure designers of "smart" urban planning, unmanned aircraft systems and graphic and multimedia designers who are in demand during the automation of production.Selection of professions is based on the use of three parameters.The first parameter takes into account the main priorities of strategic, state and sectoral programs implemented in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Including the Strategic development plan of RK until 2025, the State program of industrial and innovative development of RK, the State program "Digital Kazakhstan", the program of development of A meeting on issues of address social assistance was held in the Ministry of labor and social protection of population under the chairmanship of Berdibek Saparbayev. It was attended by the heads and representatives of the Supreme court, Ministries of justice, internal affairs, agriculture, finance, national economy, digital development, defense and aerospace industries."President of the country K. K. Tokayev set a task for the Government and the Presidential Administration to accelerate digitalization to stop fraud.
