A meeting of volunteer organizations from Kazakhstan and Russia was held in Almaty in order to strengthen mutual cooperation.The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for Interregional and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries Anton Rybakov, as well as representatives of volunteer movements of both countries.Aida Balayeva congratulated those present on the upcoming International Volunteer Day. He has written over 160 scientific papers.At present, he is collaborating with the Russian Institute for Nuclear Research to develop rice varieties that can withstand salt and drought. In 1997 he received a state scientific scholarship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Kerimkhan Egizbaiuly was born in 1949 in the village of Kelintobe, Zhanakorgan district. After graduating from the Kazakh State Agricultural Institute, he began his career in 1977 in his homeland. Since 1994, he has been creating the scientific and production enterprise "Agrotekhnologiya", combining science and production. He mastered the method of zoning and sowing rice varieties "Avangard", corn "Hungary", hybrids of Polish origin, Uzbek white corn, local Zhetysu varieties of alfalfa. He was the first in the world to scientifically research, prove and implement this in production. Currently, this method is used by all countries in the world that grow rice.In animal husbandry, the American "Santa Gertrude" was the first to introduce livestock to the region, increasing its population to 400. Ramankhan Turegeldiyev was born in 1984 in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Mukhtar Auyezov South Kazakhstan State University, Shymkent Socio-Pedagogical University and the Financial Academy.The total length of service in the civil service is more than 14 years. He began his career in the field of state audit and financial control in 2009, taking up the position of an expert in the Department of Internal Administration and Human Resources of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.In the period from 2017 to 2020, he worked as the head of the department in the Internal State Audit Committee and served as Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit in the Almaty region.From 2020 to 2023, he worked as the head of the Department of Internal State Audit in the West Kazakhstan region.Since 2023, he has held the position of Director of the Internal State Audit Appeal Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/minfin/press/news/details/888540
