A meeting of the Coordinating Council was held in Astana, which was attended by deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aizada Kurmanova, as well as heads of central state and local executive bodies, representatives of non-governmental organizations.Issues of support for civic initiatives in the cities of Astana and Almaty were discussed on the agenda. For the first time, alternative reports from NGO leaders were heard, which was an important step in increasing transparency and efficiency of interaction.The Akimat of Astana city proposed to organize a press tour for the members of the Coordinating Council in order to familiarize themselves with the implemented projects within the framework of the state social order. The Committee on Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries under the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Committee) has updated the list of Internet resources that do not have a license to engage in activities in the field of gambling. In this regard, he instructed the Government to restore the management vertical in sports at all levels. The Commission evaluates on the basis of a number of criteria, including professional experience, availability of a sports industry development plan, as well as knowledge in the field of sports science and management.
