Bangkok, 23 December 2025 - As part of efforts to establish and expand cooperation with regions of Thailand, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Thailand, Mr. Margulan Baimukhan, held meetings with the Governor of Chonburi Province, Mr. Narit Niramaiwong, as well as with the Mayor of Pattaya, Mr. Poramase Ngampiches. The expansion of Laem Chabang Port’s transport and logistics capacity is scheduled to be completed by 2028. Starting January 1, 2026, a new Tax Code comes into effect, providing for three types of Special Tax Regimes (STR):     For the self-employed;     Based on a simplified declaration;     For peasant or farm enterprises. Accordingly, the previous Special Tax Regimes based on simplified declaration, fixed deduction, and retail tax are abolished effective January 1, 2026. If taxpayers who applied the simplified declaration, fixed deduction, or retail tax regimes in 2025 decide to terminate their activities (liquidation/closure) in January or February 2026, they must account for the fact that these regimes no longer exist as of January 1, 2026. Consequently, the corresponding Tax Reporting Forms (TRF) for these abolished regimes will be unavailable. In this regard, taxpayers deciding to terminate activities between January 1 and February 28, 2026, should perform the following actions:Submit Tax Reporting File a tax declaration marked as "Regular" for the 4th quarter of 2025 or the 2nd half of 2025 (depending on the specific regime used).Submit a Notification of the Applied Tax Regime Fill out the notification, specifically marking Section 2 as follows:     Regarding the transition: * "A. to the STR based on simplified declaration" OR "C. to the general tax regime";     Regarding the reason: * "A.        On 18–19 December 2025 a seminar “Implementation of Currency Control by Customs Authorities” was held with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana.       The event was aimed at enhancing the professional qualifications of customs officials, as well as addressing current issues related to the practical application of currency legislation in the activities of customs authorities.       The seminar brought together officials from the State Revenue Committee, as well as from territorial state revenue bodies.        The seminar was opened with welcoming remarks by:Dzhumagulov Kairat, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;Assel Karataeva, Head of the Military-Political Dimension Department of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana.       The organization of this seminar was driven by the growing role of currency control in ensuring the economic security of the state, maintaining the stability of foreign trade operations, and preventing violations of currency legislation.       The seminar lecturer was Ivanushchenko Alevtina, an international expert, Candidate of Economic Sciences, and Associate Professor of the Department of Customs Revenues and Tariff Regulation at the Russian Customs Academy.        Within the framework of the programme, key aspects of the implementation of currency control, liability for violations of currency legislation, as well as best international practices and approaches to the organization of currency control were examined. It is also about character, talent, and a personal story behind each individual — a person with dreams, strength of spirit, and love for the Motherland.The units of the law enforcement troops are home to world champions, acrobats, language experts, poets, and future announcers — people who prove that the army of the 21st century unites not only weapons, but also intellect, culture, and creativity.In 2025, the media spotlighted vivid stories of National Guard servicemen, each reflecting in its own way the modern image of the law enforcement troops.One of them is three-time world champion in kettlebell lifting Erkebulan Keldibayev — a guardsman whom his comrades call “Kazhimukan of the 21st century.” Inspired by the feats of Kazhimukan Munaitpasov, he serves in military unit 5571 in Almaty, simultaneously strengthening his physical fitness and discipline. Through his sport-hardened strength, Erkebulan contributes daily to the security of the metropolis.Another widely recognized serviceman of the law enforcement troops is Batyrkhan Sagidolla, a soldier of the capital’s brigade. During preparations for the military parade, the media repeatedly wrote about the soldier with a strong, announcer-style voice who dreams of one day announcing the country’s main ceremonial event — the Victory Parade. His story resonated strongly with the public, showing that behind the drill step stands a personality with a great dream.Special attention is also deserved by the acrobats who joined the ranks of the guardsmen of military unit 6506 — Arman Kairbayev and Azizbek Kalmaganbetov. Their professional physical training, endurance, and teamwork became an example for their fellow servicemen. They traded the circus arena for the parade ground, and their stage partnership grew into true combat brotherhood. Artists of the “Balausa” circus, now standing in military formation, not only patrol the streets of Shymkent but also motivate other servicemen through their attitude toward service, training, and mutual support.Serving alongside them was guardsman Zhuldyzbek Romashev, who knows dozens of Abai’s poems by heart. On the eve of Abai Day, he actively distinguished himself by participating in thematic events and poetry evenings. His performances reminded everyone that service to the Motherland begins not only with discipline, but also with spiritual values.Private Vladimir Kopylov of military unit 5571 is fluent in five Turkic languages and several rare dialects. This helps him find common ground with citizens of different nationalities while ensuring public order on the streets of Almaty. Карашокеева материально-техническая база учреждений лесного хозяйства была пополнена новой специализированной техникой.В частности, в рамках лизингового финансирования за счёт Фонда развития промышленности были приобретены 15 единиц малых комплексных пожарных автомобилей марки «JAC», а также за счёт общественного фонда «Жамбыл табиғат» — 9 единиц служебных автомобилей «Соболь», 17 мотоциклов, 4 автомобиля «Toyota Hilux» и 15 беспилотных летательных аппаратов, которые были переданы учреждениям лесного хозяйства.Новая техника позволит организовать оперативное патрулирование в лесных массивах, проводить мониторинг в пожароопасные периоды, своевременно выявлять очаги возгорания и оперативно реагировать на чрезвычайные ситуации. 23 декабря по плану реализации программы "Закон и порядок в школах Осакаровского района проведены тематические беседы и классные часы на тему «Я и Закон». Цель мероприятия — формирование у школьников правовой грамотности, воспитание уважительного отношения к закону, развитие ответственности за свои поступки и осознание своих прав и обязанностей как граждан Республики Казахстан.В ходе классного часа учащиеся познакомились с основными нормами законодательства, обсудили важные вопросы прав и обязанностей несовершеннолетних, ответственности за правонарушения, а также рассмотрели жизненные ситуации, связанные с соблюдением закона.
