The accuracy of meters determines not only the accuracy of calculations but also the control of water losses, the condition of utility networks, and the overall quality of services provided. Using unverified meters can lead to data distortion and violation of consumer rights.Gorvodkhoz is a vital infrastructure facility. Violations in its operations affect the interests of residents, social institutions, agriculture, and businesses. Therefore, legal requirements in this area are mandatory, and failure to comply entails administrative liability.Following the case, the court found Gorvodkhoz guilty and imposed administrative liability. The organization was fined 302,750 tenge.
