The "Clean Kazakhstan" republican campaign continues in our region. Despite the severe January frost and heavy snowfall, work is underway in every district.The utilities of the Kokpekty district have been operating in an enhanced mode since the onset of winter. 24 vehicles and about 500 people have been mobilized to clear snow. 3 thousand cubic meters of snow have been removed from the district. This work will continue until the end of March. In addition, youth organizations and schoolchildren in the district have extended a helping hand to 33 lonely elderly people.In the Zhanasemei district, internal streets and driveways are also being cleaned regularly. The grain depots of the subsidiary of the Food Contract Corporation "Astyk Komalary" LLP doubled the volume of grain receipts in 2024.From January to December 2024, agricultural producers delivered 411.7 thousand tons of grain to the elevators of four grain receipt points, which is 185.7 thousand tons more than last year. Grade 3 wheat dominated the 2024 crop deliveries.During the year, 346.4 thousand tons of grain and oilseeds were shipped and transported from the enterprise's grain depots. Compared to the same period in 2023, the volume of shipments at the "Astyk Komalary" grain depots increased by 17.9% (or 62 thousand tons).The enterprise's grain receipt points are located in Akmola, North Kazakhstan and Kostanay regions. As of January 20, 2025, 288.6 thousand tons of grain are stored in four grain storage facilities.Specialists of "Astyk komalary" LLP constantly monitor the compliance with the quality parameters of agricultural products located in the storage facilities. Fish rescue operations continue in the Baksai water channel. By the morning of January 21, more than 2 million fish had been rescued.
