Civic Initiative: The alley on Abai Avenue has been updated in the megalopolis 16.11.2024
In Almaty, work has been completed on the improvement of the dividing strip on the section from Turgut Ozala Street to Mukanov Street with a length of 2.6 km, with a total area of 5.2 hectares. The last time repairs were carried out here was more than 15 years ago.Earlier in May of this year, Mayor of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev got acquainted with the landscaping project. On his instructions, high-quality materials were used during the modernization in order to create a comfortable atmosphere for walking citizens, comfortable benches, functional lanterns and durable pavement were selected. This draft program "Budget of popular Participation" has become a clear example of how the initiative of residents, supported by the authorities, is able to transform the city and make it more attractive and convenient for everyone. Architect Vladislav Filatov noted the importance of the project, stressing that the participation of citizens in such projects contributes to the creation of a high-quality urban environment.– Each of us should think about taking part in the program "Budget of public participation". This is a great opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the city. Thanks to such projects, we see how the ideas and initiatives of residents can become a reality," he said.As part of the landscaping, 7810 m2 of new paving stones were laid on the territory and 4882 meters of curb were installed, which improves the appearance of the alley and makes it more convenient for pedestrians. A 10,800-meter-long water supply system provides irrigation of green spaces. A lawn and 2,500 shrubs have been planted on an area of 21,000 m2, 110 urns have been installed to maintain cleanliness and 150 lighting poles to ensure safety and comfort in the evening.– For the convenience of residents and guests of the city, a variety of recreation areas are provided: swings are installed along the alley, which will allow students and pensioners to spend time outdoors. You can also see small architectural forms here – six pergolas, ten semicircular benches, three dandelion–shaped benches, two altybakans, eight one-sided and 75 single benches that create cozy places for citizens to relax," Vladislav Filatov added. Almaty residents appreciated the new space that meets the needs of all generations.– We are very glad that the alley has been transformed so much, – shares resident Serik Yerzhanov. – You can not only walk here, but also play sports, relax at any time of the day thanks to good lighting. Comfortable benches and swings have made the alley especially cozy, and this pleases everyone: from students to retirees. The city has become even more friendly and comfortable for everyone.Other residents also note the importance of updates.– For me, as a mother, it is very valuable that there is an opportunity to relax with children in a safe and beautiful environment, – says Aizhan Kasymova, a citizen. – We often come here with the whole family, and now we can comfortably spend time while the children play. It is very nice to see that there are places in the city where everyone can find a place to relax. Many thanks to the Akimat of Almaty.Even the youngest residents appreciated the new alley:– I live nearby, I am very happy that now my friends and I can come here and play. The alley has become very beautiful. I love to swing here," Aidar Sanjar shared. Thus, as a result of landscaping, the renovated alley has become a functional and aesthetic part of the urban infrastructure, and the Budget of Public Participation program has once again confirmed that the ideas of citizens can be implemented by creating high-quality public spaces for an active lifestyle and recreation. In Almaty, the road to VSK Medeu was repaired for the first time in 14 years 16.11.2024
The average repair of the city's street and road network is being completed in Almaty. This year, on behalf of the mayor of the megalopolis, Yerbolat Dosayev, a section of the road leading to one of the main attractions of the city – the alpine sports complex "Medeu" was repaired. The repair of Kerey Zhanibek Khandar Street, the only road to the Medeu VSC, has not been carried out for almost 15 years. At the same time, the inter–repair period of roads in Almaty is 5 years. This year, asphalt concrete pavement has been completely replaced on a 10 km long road section. In addition, about 14 km of sidewalks have been organized for the first time to ensure the safety of pedestrians. There are also 37 self-leveling, or "floating", manholes. As of today, road markings have been applied to the entire repaired area."During the repair of this street, polymerasfalt concrete was used, which increases the track resistance of the coating, as well as its strength characteristics and crack resistance. The softening temperature of asphalt with polymers is higher than that of ordinary asphalt, so it withstands heat without any special consequences, respectively, it lasts longer," said Azamat Zhaisanbayev, deputy head of the Road Research and Production Center.According to the head of the public association "Association for Road Safety "Common Road" Arsen Shakuov, new sidewalks on this site will increase convenience for pedestrians."The repair of this road, along which tourists and visitors of the city constantly pass, has been asking for a long time. After all, "Medeu" is one of the main attractions of the city. On weekends, the citizens themselves like to go there, many go up on foot, some take public transport and sidewalks, new markings and good road surface are a necessity," Arsen Shakuov stressed.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/almaty/press/news/details/875203

KGI in the agroindustrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan considers the accusations of the Rosselkhoznadzor unfounded 16.11.2024
The KGI in the agro-industrial complex did not apply actions to organize a "shadow order" for the uncontrolled movement of crop products across the territory of the EAEU, as stated in the Rosselkhoznadzor statement (https://fsvps.gov.ru/news/rosselhoznadzor-vyjavil-nezakonnye-shemy-postavok-podkarantinnoj-produkcii-iz-kazahstana/).The issuance of phytosanitary certificates is a public service (regulated by the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2015 No. 15-08/590 "On Approval of the Rules for the Protection of the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from quarantine facilities and alien species"). At the same time, there is a problem with unscrupulous Kazakhstani companies that issue quarantined products to "fake" companies when obtaining phytosanitary certificates. The issue of the existence of "fake" companies is relevant not only for Russia, but also for Kazakhstan, since products from the EAEU member states are also imported into our country to recipients who are not aware that they are being imported. It is not possible to find a solution at the level of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: this issue must be resolved at the level of the EEC.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/moa/press/news/details/874947
