In her speech, she noted the purpose of the event — to increase the effectiveness of measures to prevent domestic violence, develop legal mechanisms for social support for victims, strengthen traditional and family values, as well as clarify the norms of legislation and human rights."We must teach people not only not to attack or violate the personal boundaries of others, but also to protect the weak, and not to respond with violence to violence just to seem stronger. Currently, a lot of attention is paid on the Internet to help women and girls, and sometimes we forget that it is also necessary to work with men," she said. Also, within the framework of the seminar, the inspector for the protection of women from violence of the Metropolitan Police Department, Yesil Zhanar Moldabayeva, spoke. She stressed that the prevention of domestic crimes remains one of the main tasks of the internal affairs bodies, and all legislative measures are being taken to influence family rowdies and aggressors."The main cause of domestic conflicts remains drunkenness. We take preventive preventive measures, such as stopping the sale of alcohol at night and being intoxicated in public places. Also, in order to strengthen prevention, work with the enrolled contingent has been intensified, and we continue to work towards compulsory treatment for alcoholism and drug addiction. Control over the processing by district inspectors of repeated calls for family scandals has been strengthened," the inspector said.Zhanar Moldabayeva also noted another problem that needs to be solved — working with aggressors and family rowdies, including psychological correction of their behavior."At the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Prevention of Offenses, we proposed to provide for the opening of specialized correctional centers to work with aggressors and develop an algorithm for interaction. In ten months of this year, Channel 102 in Astana received 8,525 appeals from citizens on the facts of aggression in families on domestic grounds. This growth is due to various problems. In conditions of loss of income within families, relations between loved ones worsen and sometimes turn into forms of violence," the speaker noted.According to her, in 10 months of this year, 7625 protective orders were issued in the capital to prevent offenses related to violence, and 647 special requirements for the behavior of offenders were established.Recall that the annual international campaign "16 days of active action against gender-based violence" traditionally begins on November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and ends on December 10, the International Human Rights Day.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/astana/press/news/details/897783

Today, the country's first factory for the production of full-cycle industrial batteries has opened in the Zhetisu region. These batteries, produced with the help of advanced modern technologies, are widely used in the oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, energy, railway, as well as as a source of uninterrupted energy in the "green" energy sector, in particular, for storing electricity from solar and wind power plants. 40% of the products produced at the plant will be directed to the domestic market, and 60% will be exported, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.Speaking with a welcoming speech, akim of the region Beibit Isabayev said:- Today we are opening a new plant – Asma Industrial LLP, which has no analogues in Kazakhstan. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that full-cycle industrial batteries will be produced here, which are widely used in various industries. The implementation of this investment project is an important event for the region. For our part, we have provided all the necessary state support. Engineering networks in the amount of 260 million tenge were supplied at the expense of the local budget. We hope that the company will strengthen its status as an innovative leader in its field and achieve high results in the implementation of the task set by the Head of State to promote production policy," B. Isabayev said.According to the director of the plant Serikbai Azhmagambetov, the cost of the project is 8.5 billion tenge. The capacity of the enterprise is 210 thousand pieces of industrial batteries per year. When production reaches full capacity, the number of jobs will reach 180, thanks to which the local population will be provided with stable work. At the same time, some of the products will be exported, and some will be sold on the domestic market.- We started working on this project in 2021. I thank all those who helped and supported us from the very beginning. The staff of our company is young, it is just being formed, and the necessary personnel are being recruited. Most of our specialists have many years of experience in this industry. And we will train young specialists in the process of work. There is already a demand for our products, agreements are being concluded with large companies," S. Azhmagambetov said.Among those employed at the new plant is Taldykorgan Dastan Kanatkanov. He now works as the head of a lead plate foundry.- I have been working in the manufacturing sector for about 10 years. There is no such plant in Kazakhstan, so it is very important for me to work at this unique enterprise, continuing my professional development. Our factory uses Korean production technology, and the batteries produced are used in particularly complex industries – mining, railway, and telecommunications. Large manufacturing enterprises are the most important basis for the development of any region. That is, there will be more tax revenues to the budget, thereby improving the infrastructure in the region, creating the necessary conditions for the population, such as roads, water, electricity, gas and, of course, new jobs. Therefore, I hope that this new plant will make a great contribution to the development of the region," he said.It should be noted that 549 enterprises operate in the industrial production of the Zhetisu region, of which 14 are large, 13 are medium-sized, employing more than 30 thousand people. For 10 months of 2024, with an increase of 3.9%, industrial products worth 278.8 billion tenge were produced in the region. The press service of the akim of the Zhetisu regionPhotographers: Zhenis Yskabai, Dmitry YerofeyevSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/zhetysu-oblysy/press/news/details/897887
