To ensure the acceptance and safety of grain from agricultural producers, the subsidiary of the Food Corporation Astyk Koimalary LLP provides its own elevator facilities.The total capacity of four licensed grain bases located in Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions is 491.7 thousand tons. Today, these elevators store 314 thousand tons, including cereals and legumes of the Food Corporation in the amount of 139.8 thousand tons.Considering that the workload of the grain receiving points of Astyk Koimalary LLP does not exceed 64%, agricultural producers can additionally place another 177 thousand tons of grain at the company's elevators. At the moment, the company operates around the clock, providing services for the acceptance, drying, cleaning and storage of grain at the HPP.In total, there are 191 privately licensed agricultural enterprises in the country, which has the right to issue grain receipts to agricultural producers. The total capacity of these grain bases reaches 13.2 million tons.According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the total capacity of all granaries of the Republic is 30 million tons. At the same time, licensed agricultural enterprises are loaded by 42% and are able to additionally accommodate 7.6 million tons of grain. As for the main grain-growing regions, the indicators of free capacity here are as follows: in the Akmola region - 2.5 million tons of free elevator space, in North Kazakhstan – 1.6 million tons, Kostanay – 1.6 million tons.The current storage capacity is sufficient to effectively manage the harvesting and preservation of the crop. Rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited children studying at the Valeological specialized school-a complex of the East Kazakhstan region for gifted children.Emergency service specialists repeated the fire safety rules with the kids and caregivers. We conducted a quiz, asking the children questions on how to prevent a fire in the house, where to call if they noticed a fire, what to do once in the room where the fire started. The guys willingly and with interest answered the questions they were asked and, moreover, they know well that fire is not to be trifled with, understanding what neglect of fire safety rules leads to. Flood control measures are actively carried out in the Zhetysu region. So, in September of this year, work on shore protection of the Burakhudzir riverbed in the Panfilov district was completed. To date, the coastal protection of the riverbeds of the Kora and Karatal rivers in Tekeli is in full swing, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.The city of Tekeli is located in a mountainous area. Three rivers flow through it – the Kora, Shazha and Tekeli, and all of them merge together right in the city and form the Karatal River. In this regard, experts note that Tekeli has a high level of flood danger. Therefore, work on the prevention of natural disasters is included in the "Zhetysu Region Development Plan for 2021-2025" and now work is actively underway to strengthen the riverbeds of the Kora and Karatal rivers.According to Kuandyk Baisakov, the head of the office of the akim of the city of Tekeli, special funds have been allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of this project, now construction is underway on 4 sites with a total length of 705 meters. - It is necessary to emphasize the importance of this project in ensuring the safety of citizens. The shore protection is divided into 4 sections, 2 of which have already been completed. At the moment, the planned volume of the project has been completed by 62 percent. Also, in order to promptly respond to emergencies during the flood period, akimats of districts and cities have prepared inert materials, stocks of fuel and sacks, and the forces and means of emergency response units in the amount of 913 personnel, 235 pieces of equipment, 108 motor pumps have been put on alert.By the way, within the framework of the "Zhetisu Regional Development Plan for 2021-2025", 2 events will be held next year – shore protection of the Tyshkan riverbeds in Panfilov district and Karatal in Taldykorgan.
