BOARD OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH: 2025 HAS BEEN DECLARED THE YEAR OF ADVANCED TRAINING FOR GENERAL PRACTITIONERS 23.11.2024

Sultangaziev said that in July of this year, the National Development Plan of Kazakhstan until 2029 was approved, including key indicators and measures taking into account regional specifics. However, a number of indicators have been revised downwards due to systemic problems, and some regions are at risk of not achieving their goals.Summarizing the results of the implementation of the indicators, the Minister instructed to develop a detailed plan for achieving indicators and measures with decomposition to the level of districts / cities, in a number of problem regions to work out the issue of creating working groups with the participation of research institutes, NC, medical schools with the involvement of the main freelance specialists of the department.On the development of rural health, Vice Minister Yerzhan Nurlybayev noted in his report the need to review approaches to the organization of medical care in rural areas, taking into account population density, climatic and geographical features and other factors.To ensure the accessibility and quality of medical care to the rural population, the Minister instructed to consider the development of a National project for the development of telemedicine services for rural healthcare, to develop roadmaps to ensure drug accessibility to the rural population, as well as to attract, consolidate and professionally adapt young specialists in rural areas, to improve the tariff policy at the level of rural healthcare, taking into account the peculiarities of rural healthcare.The third important topic of discussion at the board meeting was the state of industry statistics, which represents the foundation on which decisions are made to ensure public health, resources are planned and the results of various programs are evaluated.To improve the quality and effectiveness of medical statistics, the head of the department instructed to conduct an audit of regulations in the field of industry statistics with further updating.In addition, to create specialized centers for Disease Coding on the basis of multidisciplinary medical organizations and to staff trained specialists in this profile, to organize widespread training and advanced training of medical workers.The next topic on the agenda of the meeting was the professional development of general practitioners (GPS), which is especially important in conditions of low availability of specialized care in some regions of the country. This year, universities have trained more than 9 thousand gps, which is 78% of the total number of doctors."In order to further strengthen the competencies of primary health care practitioners and provide qualified medical personnel to the regions, I declare 2025 the year of advanced training. Repair work is also underway on the roads of republican significance Saryozek-Koktal and Aidarly – Koktal.This year, 24.9 billion tenge has been allocated for the development of highways of regional significance. The regional stage of the annual competition "Panorama of pedagogical Ideas – 2024" has ended in Karaganda. Of the nearly 300 participants, 11 had the opportunity to represent the region at the republican tour.This year, a record number of applications have been received for participation in the competition. Karaganda Institute of Advanced Training "Orleu" accepted 297 applications in 12 areas of functional literacy development.Educators and teachers from 13 cities and districts of the region competed in pedagogical skills. The XVII Presidential Olympiad in subjects of the natural and mathematical cycle has ended in Astana. Participants from the Karaganda region won three bronze medals, two educational grants and one certificate of honor.The Presidential Olympiad was held in the capital from November 20 to 22. In total, 190 students of the graduating classes of schools in Kazakhstan participated in it. NEW AMBULANCE VEHICLES HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO ZHAMBYL REGION FOR AMBULANCE 22.11.2024
33 new ambulances have been handed over to medical organizations in Zhambyl region, including category 4 ambulances.According to the approved standards, the need for ambulances to provide primary health care in the region is 272 units.There are 235 ambulances in the regional medical organizations of the region, of which 112 are completely worn out. Therefore, the akimat carries out a planned phased replacement of outdated cars.At the beginning of the year, 40 ambulances were transferred from the local budget. Currently, financing is provided from the local budget for the purchase of 33 more cars.
