The reconstruction of the Aktobe – Kandyagash highway has been completed: four-lane traffic has been opened 12.12.2024
The national company KazAvtoZhol, as part of the execution of the instruction of the Head of State in the Aktobe region, completed the main work on the reconstruction of the Aktobe – Kandyagash highway of republican significance with a length of 96 km. Bekzat Nurdauletov from Mangystau became the winner of the Asian Championship.At the continental championship held in Thailand, our compatriot won the title of the best in the weight category up to 86 kg. He started the competition from the semi-finals and reached the final.In the decisive match, Zhanaozenets defeated Zhasurbek Yuldoshev from Uzbekistan, having achieved significant success in his sports career.At the moment, the national men's national team has 2 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals. Two more Kazakhstanis will compete in the final.It is worth noting that in 2019, Bekzat Nurdauletov won the World Championship in the 81 kg weight category. A new school has opened in a remote village of Moyinkum district 12.12.2024
On the eve of Independence Day, a 120-seat school was opened in the village of Mynaral, Moyinkum district, Zhambyl region.The old school in the village, which was put into operation in 1972, was recognized as an emergency. In accordance with the instruction of Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev, construction of a new building was started in November last year.Currently, 34 teachers teach 168 students at the new K.Kasimov school. The new building has 13 classrooms, computer, language, multimedia classrooms, 2 laboratories and 2 workshops, a gym, an assembly hall, a library, and a dining room.- The classrooms in our new school are spacious and bright. Now we have modern equipment for conducting various experiments. This will significantly increase trade turnover between the countries and strengthen strategic relations with neighboring countries. To achieve these planned effects, it is necessary to mobilize all the resources of interested government agencies and akimats," Olzhas Bektenov stressed.At the same time, it is important to effectively use the potential of the East-West, North-South corridors and the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, which provide access to the markets of China, the Persian Gulf countries, the Caucasus and Europe.The Head of Government instructed the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Integration, together with the akimats, to form a pool of potential foreign investors for each of the hubs and work out their participation in projects, as well as determine the working conditions of management companies. In addition, it is necessary to constantly work on high-quality filling of hubs with promising projects.The Ministry of Industry, together with the Ministries of National Economy, Finance and akimats, must take measures within a month to create and expand special economic zones for the development of cross-border hubs. The creation of cross-border transport and logistics hubs will increase exports of non-primary goods by 30% 11.12.2024
Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliev reported on the development of cross-border hubs at a Government meeting chaired by Olzhas Bektenov.The Head of State set the task of forming full-fledged transport and logistics hubs in Kazakhstan in Central Asia and the Caspian region. To implement it, transport, logistics and trade centers are being created around the country on the borders with China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation and on the Caspian coast. The goals, objectives and approaches for the creation and development of cross-border hubs are provided for in the Concept of development of transport and logistics potential of Kazakhstan until 2030. Their creation will accelerate trade cooperation with border countries, increase the growth of non-primary exports by 30%, and simplify logistics procedures for businesses.The location of the Industrial Trade and Logistics Complex project was chosen in the area adjacent to one of the busiest transit checkpoints: Karasu on the part of Kazakhstan and Ak-Tilek on the part of Kyrgyzstan, which are part of the international automobile corridor Western Europe – Western China."The complex will provide services for storage and pre-sale preparation of products, consolidation and redistribution of goods by wholesale lots. To date, a pool of potential residents of ITLK is being formed. The Caspian Hub will allow to increase the volume of transit cargo from China to Europe at TMTM, as well as the development of the Turkmenbashi – Aktau – PRC container line.One of the projects implemented as part of the development of hubs at the Caspian hub is the project "Construction of a container hub in the Aktau seaport". Work on the implementation of the project has begun. A land plot with an area of 19 hectares has been reserved on the territory of the Aktau Seaport SEZ. An agreement on attracting investments in this project has been signed with a potential investor – the port of LLC GK Port of Lianyungang. International companies PSA International (Singapore), Abu Dhabi Ports Group (UAE), Adani Group (India), and Rhenus (Germany) also expressed interest in participating in the project. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Transport in cooperation with the Akimat of the Mangystau region. The construction of a container hub in the port of Aktau is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.Another project that gives impetus to the development and expansion of the Kuryk port is the construction of the multifunctional Sarzha marine terminal. The investor is the SEMURG INVEST company. The project involves the construction of a general cargo terminal, a universal terminal, a bulk cargo terminal, as well as a transport and logistics center and a production complex with a total capacity of about 10 million tons. General cargo transshipment has been underway since November 2023, and more than 73 thousand tons of metal and fertilizers have been processed to date. The project completion date is 2026."To date, the measures and procedures for the adoption of organizational and administrative documents necessary for the creation of hubs have been fully completed. In particular, two intergovernmental agreements have been signed with Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, and industrial zones have been created," Arman Shakkaliyev said. The Head of State inspected the building of the Operational Management Center of the Aktobe Police Department.The facility provides round-the-clock monitoring of the situation on the ground in real time using about 15 thousand video cameras.There are 32 inspectors and 3 operators of the 102 hotline working in the center's operations room.Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Saken Sarsenov reported to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the use of digital solutions in police work.Currently, there are 5 operational management centers in Aktobe region, thanks to which 1.8 thousand criminal offenses and 187 thousand traffic violations have been identified.The President was also informed that in order to improve the efficiency of the work of the internal affairs bodies, the use of artificial intelligence technologies has begun, which analyze surveillance camera recordings and help in the search for missing people.These technologies make it possible to recognize the faces of suspects from photographs uploaded to a special platform. Before the opening of the center, infants with such a diagnosis were sent to Astana for treatment.The President was also presented with the "One Day Clinic" project, which has been implemented since the beginning of the year.
