An anniversary marathon dedicated to her 80th birthday has started at the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.The first event of the marathon was an Evening of Brass Music — a real celebration of sound, where the audience immersed themselves in a variety of genres and styles, from classical to modern, performed by student groups.The whole world of wind music was represented on the stage: trumpeter ensembles, sophisticated flautists, bright clarinetists, a harmonious brass quintet and, of course, a mighty brass band. Each performance is a separate story, steeped in skill and inspiration.A special guest of the concert was the Quintet of woodwind instruments of the Kazakh National University of Arts named after K. Baiseitova under the leadership of the laureate of the state prize "Daryn" Kalkaman Duisenbayev, who congratulated the conservatory on its anniversary and wished further success.The jubilee marathon will run until December 3 and will end with a grand gala concert on the stage of the Palace of the Republic.The audience is waiting for performances by stellar ensembles, brilliant soloists and outstanding graduates of the conservatory.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mam/press/news/details/889152
