By order of the Chief of Office of the Akim of Atyrau Region, Nurlybek Daraliyev has been appointed Deputy Chief of Office.Introducing the new employee to the team, Nurlybek Zhenisbekuly, Chief of Office of the Akim of Atyrau Region, wished him success in his professional endeavors.Nurlybek Daraliyev was born on August 15, 1990, in Atyrau. He holds two higher education degrees: in 2011, he graduated from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas with a degree in Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits, and in 2017, he graduated from the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University with a degree in Physical Education and Sports.He began his career in the private sector in 2013, after which he focused on sports and education, holding positions in relevant government agencies in the Atyrau Region. Since March 2023, Nurlybek Daraliyev has been a member of the regional maslikhat of the 8th convocation. From April 2023 to May 2026, he chaired the standing committee on socio-cultural development of the Atyrau regional maslikhat. On June 4, Kazakhstan celebrated National Symbols Day, a holiday that commemorates the most important attributes of the independent state: the Flag, Coat of Arms, and Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan.A ceremonial flag-raising ceremony was held in Atyrau's National Symbols Square. Government Contact Centers Are Transitioning to Unified Standards and Modern Digital Technologies 30.06.2026
A meeting was held in Astana at the premises of E-Finance Center JSC, bringing together Chiefs of Staff of central government agencies and local executive bodies. The meeting focused on the topic “Contact Centers as the Primary Front Line of Interaction with Citizens”. Participants discussed ways to improve the quality of public feedback mechanisms, implement unified service standards, and develop digital communication channels.Ainur Yussupova, Chairman of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, presented the results of the implementation of paragraph 70 of the National Plan for Standardization of Contact Centers. In her speech, she noted that in recent years, the country has formed the necessary regulatory and organizational framework for the introduction of unified approaches to the work of contact centers, including the approval of a professional standard for employees of information services, improving the standard requirements for the organization of their activities and the introduction of mandatory accreditation mechanisms.Special attention was paid to the results of the analysis of the functioning of government contact centers. According to Ainur Yussupova, the monitoring showed the need to further improve the quality of citizens' consultations, ensure the availability of telephone lines and comply with uniform standards of service. In this regard, it is recommended that government agencies step up their work on the accreditation of contact centers, the revision of the number resource used and the improvement of the effectiveness of feedback channels with the public.It was noted that the country has formed a regulatory framework for unified approaches to the organization of contact centers, approved professional standards for employees and introduced accreditation mechanisms.During the meeting, the results of the analysis of the existing contact centers of government agencies were announced. As a result of the monitoring, government agencies were instructed to speed up the passage of accreditation, ensure compliance with established requirements and increase the availability of services for citizens.An example of successful changes was the experience of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. With the participation of  E-Finance Center JSC, the Ministry has upgraded the Unified Contact Center, introducing the "one window" principle. Bringing all work processes to the Standard requirements for organizing the work of administrative contact centers has laid a solid systemic and legal foundation for further development.Thanks to the introduction of an omnichannel platform and digital tools, it was possible to ensure full control over the lifecycle of requests and improve the quality of user service.The results of the transformation are confirmed by specific indicators. The share of lost calls has almost tripled, from 27.7% to 10%, and the service quality score has increased to 4.84 points out of 5.As part of further development, it is planned to introduce artificial intelligence technologies for analytics, as well as prepare for certification of the contact center according to international quality standards.Following the meeting, government agencies were given instructions on further digital transformation of contact centers and improving the quality of interaction with citizens. Gulnara Toleugaliyeva has worked in education for over 38 years. Her students have repeatedly won and placed in district and regional subject Olympiads, as well as scientific project competitions.Saniya Kuanyshaliyeva, a mathematics teacher at B. Begaliyev Secondary School in the Kurmangazy District; Zibira Ordabayeva, a history teacher at K. Kaissenov School; Gulnara Sibagatova, a primary school teacher at M. Svetlana Sultanova began her career in 1981 as a kindergarten teacher in Atyrau. Over the years, she taught Kazakh language and literature, Russian language and literature in schools across the region, and held the positions of deputy principal, principal, and teacher at a specialized boarding school-lyceum. This is one of the most challenging Olympiads; the problems are developed by specialists from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology," A. A working meeting on preventing and combating corruption was held at the Akimat of Atyrau Region. Key results of the region's socio-economic development and upcoming tasks were discussed there.Recently, the first stage of a large-scale investment project was launched in the district, which will bring the agricultural sector to a new level – a plant for deep processing of corn. Ahead lies the task of implementing other new investment projects and expanding the tax base. The head of the region instructed to promptly develop a project for concreting economic canals and increase the volume of cultivation of crops with low water consumption. Stopping on some problems in construction quality control, he tasked responsible specialists with strict end-to-end control over future facilities. To date, the gasification level of the Syrdarya district is 67 percent, funds have been allocated for supplying natural gas to the villages of Shirkeyli and Kogalykol. This work must be completed on time and with quality. The gasification project for the Besaryk village is ready. Now it is necessary, by attracting sponsors, to develop projects for the remaining villages. At the meeting, instructions were given regarding the prevention of accidents on power grids, taking urgent measures, and implementing the environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan". The processes of waste reception, sorting, and disposal at the landfill, commissioned in the Syrdarya district in 2024, must meet the requirements. Attention must be paid to public safety and law and order.In the first four months of this year, a positive growth trend formed in the district's economy. The volume of industrial production exceeded 38 billion tenge and significantly increased compared to the same period last year. Including, the volume of manufactured products in the processing industry amounted to 4.6 billion tenge, and the total volume of products produced in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries reached 2.2 billion tenge, showing growth. The volume of attracted investments in fixed capital amounted to 21.3 billion tenge, and since the beginning of the year, 6,732 square meters of housing have been commissioned. The small and medium-sized entrepreneurship sector is also developing steadily; 2,368 business entities are registered in the district, of which 98.3 percent are actively operating.At the meeting, the elders expressed their proposals and opinions, raising current issues concerning the socio-economic development of the district. At a Government meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektenov, the results of spring field work and issues of further development of the agro-industrial complex were considered. The regional akim, Murat Ergeshbayev, participated in the meeting via videoconference.Following the Government meeting, the head of the region held a special meeting, during which he set a number of important tasks for the heads of responsible sectors.— In recent years, the growing season in our region has been taking place under conditions of serious water resource shortages. In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State to optimize the areas under water-intensive agricultural crops, this year the rice sown area has been reduced by 10,900 hectares compared to last year and amounts to 70 thousand hectares. Work is underway on the freed-up areas to cultivate high-yield crops with lower water consumption. For the diversification of crop production and the introduction of water-saving technologies, financing of over 34 billion tenge has been allocated for the next three years, of which about 10 billion tenge has been allocated this year. In this regard, I instruct the development of a Roadmap for the diversification of sown areas until 2028, — noted Murat Nalkhozhaevich.This year in the region, agricultural crops have been placed on an area of 185.8 thousand hectares, including rice sown on 70 thousand hectares and provided with irrigation. Furthermore, corn has been sown on 10 thousand hectares, and other grain crops on 9.7 thousand hectares.To ensure efficient use of water resources, the area of land where moisture-saving technologies are applied has reached 14.2 thousand hectares. To reduce water losses, laser leveling has been carried out on 65 thousand hectares of rice checks.Sustainable growth is also observed in the livestock sector. Today, livestock farming accounts for over 30 percent of the total volume of the region's agro-industrial complex products.Since the beginning of the year, 11.7 thousand tons of meat and 13.4 thousand tons of milk have been produced in the region. To further increase production volumes, the implementation of two investment projects is planned. During a working trip to the Aral district, the regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev took part in the grand opening ceremony of a 150-seat House of Culture in the village of Amanotkel and met with village elders.The event was also attended by the chairman of the regional maslikhat Murat Tleumbetov, representatives of the older generation, veterans, and village residents.In the Kyzylorda region, over 200 social facilities have been built and put into operation between 2022 and 2026. During a working trip to the Aral district, the regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev, the chairman of the regional maslikhat Murat Tleumbetov, and representatives of the elders visited the Kamystybas rural district, where they familiarized themselves with the activities of the "Akkumshyk" beach zone.This recreational tourism zone, which holds special significance for the development of tourism in the region, is included in the "Aral Geopark" project. Thanks to this, last year this area was visited by about 100 thousand people.On a territory of two hectares, 21 entrepreneurs are currently operating, providing quality services to vacationers. There are 110 holiday homes functioning here.Furthermore, pedestrian walkways have been built, and surveillance cameras have been installed to ensure safety. Special recreation areas and three volleyball courts have been equipped for visitors.The regional akim instructed to strengthen measures to ensure the safety of vacationers and improve the quality of services provided.Subsequently, Murat Nalkhozhaevich familiarized himself with the progress of the medium repair of the "Samara – Shymkent" highway.Last year, the need arose for a medium repair of a section of the republican highway "Karabutak – Kyzylorda – Shymkent" between the village of Aiteke bi and Aral.In this regard, this year JSC "NC "KazAvtoZhol" began repairing 9.5 kilometers of the road. The project contractor is LLP "Aral Qurylys". Completion of the work is planned by the end of this year.Additionally, within the framework of the "Kyzylorda – Sekseul" highway reconstruction project, large-scale modernization works are planned. The Aral Tenіzі railway station will become a convenient facility for passengers 30.06.2026
The regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev, the chairman of the regional maslikhat Murat Tleumbetov, and elders visited the construction site of the new railway station being built in the Aral city. Among the 124 stations across the country undergoing modernization on the instruction of the Head of State are stations in all district centers of the Kyzylorda region, at the Toretam and Sekseul stations, as well as the platform at the Talap station in the Zhanakorgan district. Last year, the then head of the region, Nurlybek Mashbekovich, gave specific instructions to the relevant authorities to include all stations in the region in this list, justifying the need for urgent modernization of the old buildings. After all, more than a century has passed since the construction of the oldest stations in the region.The construction of the "Aral Tenizi" railway station began last year, with 1.5 billion tenge allocated for the project. The general contractor for the construction is LLP "Tekhosnastka-Remservis". The total area of the new building is 459.47 square meters, and its height is 4.2 meters.Currently, work is underway here on the installation of metal structures, internal plastering and finishing, and cladding of the external facade.
