Within the framework of the project, the cost of which is 2.7 billion tenge, construction works are being carried out, funded from the republican and regional budgets.The reclamation of the ash dumps of the former CHP-6 is carried out on an area of 42 hectares, where more than 1 million tons of coal ash have been accumulated. Thanks to cooperation with Gezhuba Shieli Cement LLP, waste is used in cement production, and 23,845 tons of ash have already been processed.As part of the landscaping, more than 145 thousand tree seedlings were planted, 47.5 thousand hectares of territory were cleared. In order to restore the Aral region in 2024, forest reclamation works were carried out on an area of 275 thousand hectares.
