С момента внедрения IV уровня бюджета (2018 год) динамика поступлений увеличилась в 2 раза. По итогам 2023 года в бюджет IV уровня при плане 308 млрд тенге фактически поступило 320 млрд тенге. Доля самодостаточности составила 21,2 %. «Но этого недостаточно для развития сел. Необходимо увеличивать самодостаточность сельских бюджетов. Работа по расширению доходных источников сельских бюджетов будет продолжена.
