During the construction of the house, we were provided with temporary housing on a free basis. Such programs are, of course, important, because not everyone will be able to buy an apartment in a new residential complex, especially since it is difficult to sell real estate in an old house," Farida Ishmemetova noted. It should be noted that in order to accelerate the pace of resettlement of residents of dilapidated houses to comfortable apartments, the Akimat of Almaty has developed a draft Renovation Program until 2030.The program involves the demolition of dilapidated houses with expired service life that are not earthquake-resistant and pose a threat to people's lives.
