A new consistent and integrated approach to this work is reflected in the main strategic document on combating corruption — the Concept of Anti-Corruption Policy for 2022-2026.To implement this concept, the state bodies of our region are working proactively, eliminating the systemic prerequisites for corruption, taking measures to radically change public consciousness. The region is actively working on the instructions of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev aimed at the development of the educated generation. Within the framework of the Comfortable School project, implemented at the initiative of the President, this year it was planned to build 9 educational facilities for 12,200 places, of which 6 have been launched. The other three are at the completion stage. Comfortable schools are built in accordance with all modern requirements. The project is aimed not only at solving the problem of the shortage of student places, but also at reducing the gap in the quality of education between urban and rural schools. Also this year, a school for 1,200 places in Kosshy was opened from the regional budget.Since the beginning of the year, 13 pre-school organizations have been opened for 1,527 places. Among them, 2 kindergartens have been built, of which the first in the region is a special kindergarten "Ayala" for children with special needs.In 2024, 28 inclusion support offices were opened. Today, there are 84 classrooms for 1,500 children. By the end of this year, 2 more offices will be opened.The quality of students' knowledge is very important. Over the past academic year, young residents of Akmola have won more than 130 different medals at the republican Olympiads. Our students also show an active interest in scientific and technical creativity. On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic, 15 new medical facilities opened their doors to rural residents at once in Kostanay region.One of them is located in the village of Moskovskoye, Kostanay district – it is a medical outpatient clinic equipped according to the most modern standards, where comfortable conditions are created for both patients and medical staff.The new medical center is ready to provide the following medical services:- rehabilitation room of the third stage;- ultrasound diagnostics room;- laboratory research room;- examination room: SMAD, halter, ECG;- treatment room;- offices for vaccination and medical examinations.The outpatient clinic serves more than 2,000 rural residents, providing access to high-quality primary care.
