The development of the economy is directly related to the development of agriculture. In our region, favorable natural and climatic conditions contribute to the development of this important industry. At the same time, we process about 65% of the agricultural products grown in our region. This year, high yields are observed for all major crops. For example, for the first time in the region this year we receive 640 thousand tons of sugar beet. In general, 2.1 million tons of crops are expected to be obtained from 510.1 thousand hectares of acreage. In all these achievements there is your great merit, the result of your daily hard work. For our part, we provide the necessary state support. For example, 35 billion tenge has been allocated from the budget to support agricultural facilities in the region, B. Isabayev said, thanking the agrarians once again for their contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the region and moving on to the award ceremony.\nThus, Yerkimbek Slyamov, the head of the Samai peasant farm in Taldykorgan, was awarded the Parasat Order. He has been developing his farm for almost 30 years, specializing in both crop production and animal husbandry. He grows sugar beet, corn, soybeans, wheat, barley, as well as cattle and horses. The farm has almost 50 units of special equipment.\nThe Order of "Kurmet" was awarded to the head of the farm "Daulet-B" of the Aksu district Daulet Biyadilov and the founder, CEO of LLP "Assyl Tuyak" of the Alakol district Duman Nagashbekuly, who has been working in the field of agriculture for 22 years. The main area of work is beet farming. And today, the Daulet-B farm is one of the largest suppliers of sweet root crops to the Aksu sugar factory in the region.\nBut Asyl Tuyak LLP makes a significant contribution to the development of meat farming with a further increase in export potential, engaged in breeding breeding cattle and sheep, breeding new breeds.\nFor his contribution to the development of agriculture in the region, Nurbol Saidakulov was awarded the Yeren enbegi Ushin medal, who has been working as a mechanic and driver of the Nurkadam farm since 2002, making a significant contribution to the development of crop production and animal husbandry in the Kerbulak district.\nOn behalf of the awardees, the head of the Samai Farm, Yerkimbek Slyamov, spoke:\n- The land on the territory of my farm is very rocky. Therefore, it is very difficult to achieve high yields. But thanks to modern technology, compliance with agricultural technologies, state support and patience, I now receive 550-600 quintals of sugar beet per hectare from these plots. As they say, anything is possible if you put enough effort into it. And we intend to maintain these rates of successful development," the agrarian noted.\nBy the way, earlier, at the I Forum of Agricultural Workers in Astana, another agrarian of the Zhetisu region, Ulan Sarpekov, head of the Aigerim Farm in Panfilov district, received the Order of "Kurmet" from the hands of the President, where special attention is paid to the introduction of moisture–saving technologies.\nIt should be noted that by the end of 10 months of 2024, the volume of agricultural products in the Zhetisu region amounted to 362.4 billion tenge, and by the end of the year this figure is planned to increase to 102.5%, that is, to 518.2 billion tenge.\nThe press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region\n \nPhotographer: Zhenis YskabaiSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/zhetysu-oblysy/press/news/details/895197

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands to Kazakhstan Niko Schermers shared his opinion on the work of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation in terms of flood relief. The Ambassador also focused on the cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Netherlands in the issue of flood forecasting and flood prevention."According to Dutch experts, the ministry has done a lot of work. Despite the fact that many calculations had to be done manually, the results turned out to be very accurate. I think the main issue that our countries will have to solve together is to carry out calculations on a larger area of territory. Due to climate change, we will face new challenges, and the Netherlands is ready to cooperate with the Ministry to address these challenges. I think that the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation is doing a lot of work. There are many donor organizations working in Kazakhstan, and the creation of the Coordinating Council shows that the Ministry has seriously taken up the unification and coordination of the efforts of the international community. This is very important," said Niko Schermers.Earlier, experts from the Netherlands held seminars on flood risk management in Astana within the framework of a memorandum between the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation and the Delft Institute of Water Education (IHE Delft). It should also be recalled that the Coordinating Council of Partners for the Development of the Water Sector in Kazakhstan includes representatives of the United Nations, international organizations and financial institutions, as well as representatives of foreign development agencies, the diplomatic corps and business.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/water/press/news/details/895155
It is important to introduce green technologies: Speaker of the Senate on the development of tourism 03.12.2024
An expanded meeting of the Public Project Office of the Chamber on Tourism Development and the creation of appropriate infrastructure in nature protection and tourist zones in Kazakhstan was held in the Senate of the Parliament. Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament Maulen Ashimbayev, representatives of government agencies, experts and the business community took part in the discussion.Welcoming the participants of the meeting, the Speaker of the Senate stressed that the Head of State pays close attention to the development of tourism in the country. The industry acts as a catalyst for the dynamic development of the global economy and is one of the most attractive for investors. At the same time, as noted by Maulen Ashimbayev, despite the positive dynamics of investment growth in the tourism industry, a number of systemic problems remain that hinder the development of the industry. Special attention was paid to the problems with the accessibility of tourist areas, including weak transport and engineering infrastructure. In this context, the Speaker of the Senate focused the attention of colleagues on the legislative activities of the Chamber's Project Office and tasks that require the consolidation of efforts of all stakeholders, the study of international practices and the introduction of advanced technologies. In particular, they discussed the development of legislative norms to support projects on the use of alternative energy sources, water supply and other types of "green" infrastructure in tourist areas."Turning the country into a popular tourist destination requires the implementation of a clear strategy and active interaction between the state, business and society. To do this, it is necessary to modernize the engineering infrastructure of tourist areas using "green" technologies. It is important to use alternative energy sources, implement efficient water use and water treatment systems, develop a "green" transport infrastructure and promote environmentally oriented types of tourism. In all this work, it is important to use the experience of foreign countries. For its part, the Senate is open to jointly work out constructive proposals for making the necessary changes to the legislation," Maulen Ashimbayev said in his speech.During the discussion of systemic measures for the development of tourism in the country and the use of non-standard tools, projects of new resort areas in the Akkol district of the Akmola region with various types of alternative infrastructure were presented: the use of solar energy, air heat belt tools, the use of bio-treatment facilities, autonomous water sources and others.Representatives of the expert and business community noted the importance of changing the paradigm of state support - moving away from the state grant towards public investment and increasing investor responsibility. This approach is designed to increase the efficiency of the ongoing modernization up to 10 times.Minister of Tourism and Sports Yerbol Myrzabosynov, Deputy Akim of Akmola region Yernar Zharkeshov, Vice Minister of National Economy Bauyrzhan Kudaibergenov, Vice Minister of Energy Kudaibergen Arymbek and others took part in the discussion along with Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament Zhakip Asanov and deputies of the Chamber. It should be noted that on September 13, the senators announced a deputy request for the development of tourism and attracting investors, ensuring state support for alternative sources of infrastructure for tourist facilities on the example of the city of Akkol in the Akmola region. Following the results of the deputy's request, a working group was established with the participation of interested state bodies, which reviewed and studied materials on providing alternative infrastructure for domestic resorts. The Press service of the SenatePhoto: N.BaibulinSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/tsm/press/news/details/895195
