Declaration of cars imported from third countries In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 343 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Code), vehicles for personal use transported across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the EAEU) in any way, except for vehicles for personal use registered in the member States, are subject to customs declaration. The EAEU. According to paragraph 3 of Article 343 of the Code, the customs declaration of goods for personal use, including those placed under the customs procedure of customs transit in accordance with Article 346 of the Code, is carried out using a passenger customs declaration (PTD).In accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 339 of the Code, the provisions of this chapter do not apply to goods transported across the customs border of the EAEU by individuals that are not classified as goods for personal use. Department of State Revenue in the area of Zhetisu informs about the adoption of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Order № 506 of November 25, 2025, which introduces changes in the regulation of imports of stone products.In accordance with the document, introduces a ban on imports from third countries in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all modes of transport for a period of three months certain types of stone products.The ban applies to paving stones, curbs and slabs for paving made of natural stone (code TN VED EAEC 6801000000), as well as polished granite decorated or otherwise processed (net weight of 10 kg or more) and granite for monuments or construction (code 6802939000).Control over fulfillment of this ban is entrusted to the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.We ask participants of foreign economic activity to take into account this change in planning deliveries.This order shall come into effect from the date of its first official publication. Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd-zhetysu/press/news/details/1113476?lang=kk
