Explanatory work was carried out for directors of preschool and secondary educational facilities on the requirements for organizing the anti-terrorism protection of terrorist-vulnerable facilities with the participation of representatives of local executive bodies, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and police departments.During the event, the following topics were discussed:- conceptual apparatus in the field of extremism and terrorism;- gaps in the instruction of guards who have started work at the post;- requirements for conducting a thorough personal check and a thorough check of the belongings of an individual;- a list of items and objects prohibited from being brought into terrorist-vulnerable facilities and their territories, and whose use is restricted;- requirements for organizing the anti-terrorism protection of terrorist-vulnerable facilities, approved by Resolution No. 305 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2021;- the operation of the National Video Monitoring System, approved by Order No. 69-ke of the Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 27, 2020 principles of operation;- Updating the passport of anti-terrorism protection of terrorist-vulnerable facilities in accordance with the model approved by the joint order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 14, 2023 No. 481 and the Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 26, 2023 No. 51/ke;- Inevitability of punishment for a clearly false report;- Signs of an improvised explosive device and the algorithm of actions in case of its detection;- Scheme of notification to duty services in order to reduce and eliminate the consequences of terrorist threats;- Principles of establishing and paying rewards for information that helped prevent or suppress an act of terrorism.The participants of the meeting received answers to a number of relevant questions.
