OPTIMIZATION OF THE MIS WILL HALVE THE BURDEN ON MEDICAL PERSONNEL 16.11.2024
The Ministry of Health is optimizing medical information systems (MIS), as a result of which the working time of medical staff in information systems will be almost halved.Today, a healthcare professional has to switch between two different systems to perform different tasks, which takes up extra time and requires constant attention. This increases the risk of duplication and errors, and requires additional efforts to verify data consistency.Upon completion of the integration processes, the specialist will work with one system, where all the necessary information will be available, which will facilitate access to data, increase the speed of decision-making and improve the quality of patient care.It is expected that optimization will reduce the working time in the MIS by 50%, this will enable the health worker to devote more time to the patient and improve the quality of medical care.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/dsm/press/news/details/879751
SINCE THE BEGINNING OF JULY, MORE THAN 68 MILLION HAVE BEEN MARKED IN KAZAKHSTAN. PACKAGES OF MEDICINES 16.11.2024
In the four months since the introduction of the drug labeling system in Kazakhstan, labeling codes have been applied to 66.2 million packages of drugs.Of these, 39.3 million packages are imported drugs, 29.4 million packages are of domestic production, and 28.5 million packages of medicines are currently in circulation.Labeling allows you to ensure full transparency of the drug market and track the full life cycle of each package of the drug from the production stage to the end user. This will reduce the share of the shadow market, build a patient-oriented drug supply system with a guarantee of safety and quality, excluding the turnover of counterfeit products. In addition, the labeling system should affect the rational use and planning of the purchase of medicines, and lead to significant budget savings.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/dsm/press/news/details/879755

As part of the optimization of state support mechanisms, it is planned to switch from subsidizing loan interest rates to subsidizing lenders, manufacturers of machinery and fertilizers, as well as irrigation water suppliers. This will increase transparency and reduce corruption risks," the Vice Minister said.Special attention is paid to the introduction of water-saving technologies and an increase in the share of processed products in the agro-industrial complex to 70%.In this regard, the Government has adopted a comprehensive plan for the development of agricultural processing until 2028. 372 billion tenge will be allocated to the industry over 5 years.During the Pre-Congress, questions were raised regarding the most pressing issues of concern to entrepreneurs in various industries and regions. Introduction of voucher financing in Kazakhstan: a step towards high-quality preschool education 16.11.2024
In Kazakhstan, work continues on the personalization of the state order for preschool education and training using the voucher financing methodology.Today, the voucher financing system for preschool education is being implemented as part of a pilot project in the cities of Taraz (Zhambyl region), Turkestan and Shymkent. The introduction of voucher financing in Taraz made it possible to issue more than 21 thousand vouchers in three months. For the first time in the city, a correctional kindergarten was included in the list. At the moment, all 157 preschool organizations in Taraz are funded by the voucher mechanism, 19 of which are new institutions that have received the opportunity to enter the list and apply for voucher financing. In Shymkent, 589 out of 608 preschool organizations have already switched to voucher financing. The issuance of vouchers to children from the queue began on October 17. During this time, 4,646 children received referrals to kindergartens. In Turkestan, all 144 pre-school organizations are funded under the new mechanism, and 236 vouchers have been issued so far.Recall that the implemented voucher financing system opens access to budget financing for all pre-school education institutions, provided they meet the established requirements.Parents are given the opportunity to choose their own kindergarten, which contributes to healthy competition not only among private, but also public preschool organizations. The system provides a condition that ensures, first of all, transparency of the entire financing process, when "the money goes for the child, not for the institution." The calculation and transfer of funds is made only after the parents confirm the information in the attendance report card.It should be noted that the scaling of the voucher financing mechanism is planned from next year as the regions are ready. For reference: There are 11,642 pre—school organizations in Kazakhstan, of which 5,532 are public and 6,110 are private. Currently, pre-school education coverage for children from the age of 2 is 91.5%.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/edu/press/news/details/879656

Medieval Italian Mask Theater on the Karaganda stage 16.11.2024
Genuine humor, apt phrases and free jokes are all in the new production of the Stanislavsky Theater. Two days in a row, on November 9 and 10, the premiere of the play "Love for Three Oranges" will take place here. The main characters of the fairy tale for adults are masked characters from the Commedia dell'arte. The production is based on a satirical work by Russian theater and film actor Leonid Filatov. This is an original adaptation of the fairy tale play of the same name by the Italian playwright Carlo Gozzi, known for his imagination and wit.As Racha Mahataev, the director of the play and the artistic director of the Stanislavsky Theater, explained, the choice of this material is not accidental.– When I came here a year ago, there was an idea to create a multi-genre theater. So that the troupe touches different genres in one season. We have already staged the play "The Golden Cloud spent the Night", the documentary play "7", the classic drama "Profitable Place". Now it's time to swing the pendulum in a completely different direction – into the sharp and dynamic existence of the actor in the mask. What I like about this comedy is its audacity, the sharpness of its statements and the absence of false pathos," Racha Mahatayev noted. The play tells about a hypochondriac prince, who was cursed by an evil witch. The only hope for healing is to find three magic oranges. If the prince completes the task, he will find his destiny and be cured of the disease. The color of the play is given by bright characters in ugly masks who speak in verse. This story, despite its fabulousness, remains relevant today. The performances start at 17:00.The age limit is 16+.Photo by Anna StrokovaSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/karaganda/press/news/details/879408
